Mixam offer a high quality service with great prices. The website is easy to use and order from and the customer service are very helpful and quick to resolve any issues. Would use again and recommend.

36pp colour booklet produced as per schedule (arrived one day early in fact). High quality printing and finishing with excellent colour reproduction and crisp text. Good communication as the job progressed and well packaged for delivery. A number of people have commented on the lovely tactile quality of the cover - matt laminated silk.

AVOID PRINTING COLOURING BOOKS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Terrible quality, not fit for purpose. Cannot colour the books due to horrible paper.
Poor customer service!

I lost money, ruined my businesses reputation and now have dead stock!

Was offered a tiny refund that was insulting to say the least.

They just told me they can’t be responsible for the paper and some nonsense about different pens.

Several other colouring book business have been affected by their rubbish products and horrible customer service!!

AVOID if you care about quality and your business!!!!

It was not on one occasion, it was my whole bulk order and several other colouring book artists who have had to now find more reliable, quality printers who actually provide a consistent colouring book printing service!

I accepted the discount after challenging it because your company don’t like to offer anything but a tiny percentage as recompense!

Ordered a small run of A6 zines from Mixam - they arrived within a week and looked way better than I thought - stock quality and print perfect. Uploading artwork was easy and layout proof showing the page layout was simple to use. I chose delivery via an InPost pick up point local to me - everything super smooth. Final product looked amazing, exceeding my expectations- will def use again and can recommend! Great stuff all round

Mixam is very user-friendly, I like the layout, and the way to view the book once uploaded. It's always a learning curve on your first go with a new website, and there were a couple of times the upload blocked, but very helpful advisors to sort them out. Just try to do your uploads on a weekday, as at the weekends there's limited human help.

Mixam have done a fantastic job with my booklets. I also received them on time for my exhibition. I love the printing quality. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time publishing a book myself and i found the interface involved in usuing the website very easy to navigate. Pricing is clear and transparent and the quailty of the fibal book delivered made me grin like a Cheshire cat! (Brought a little tear to my eye as well) Thank you very much to all the people at Mixam for helping me to bring my creative vision to life and share it with the world!!!!!

I've placed 3 printing orders and every single time, my order was delayed significantly after being approved and paid for production - even when I added notes to my production orders that they were URGENT and paid for EXPRESS production.

I've had to phone them to follow up every single time, days after the order was placed before the production was accelerated...past the estimated delivery dates.

I only received a refund on the extra cost I paid for express delivery the last time after I placed a request.

Their pricing is reasonable and the print quality is good but their production timeline is unreliable and they justify this by saying they only use estimates.

I've 20 years in tech - 10 in photoshop - using this company for the first time - could I get it to work - no - one hour! Zero! So it may well be that the site is 'broken' but it did not work for me - interface useless, it was at 10pm so I did not reach out for support but good grief - how difficult can it be - I gave up and walked away. Perhaps you will have better luck. Using MacBook Pro and .pdf as the site requests. Useless!

The booklets arrived very clearly at an angle. This is meant to be for a professional event and it looks like I cut and stapled these in my back room. Contacted customer service and they refused to do the reprint, saying it was an acceptable level of wonkiness (which was written nowhere when I was ordering). You have one job. To print them straight. You failed.

Easy to navigate website, clear guidelines and templates, communication is good and delivery is fast! So much better than the other services I tried before finding Mixam. Thanks!

Je devais recevoir le colis le 6 septembre, nous sommes le 9 septembre et le colis n’est pas encore confié au transporteur. D’autant plus que l’on m’a dit que le colis avait été remis au transporteur. J’ai donc appelé le transporteur, car on m’avait dit cela il y avait un moment, mais sur le site rien n’avait bougé. Ces derniers m’ont bien indiqué ne pas encore avoir reçu le colis. J’ai l’impression que l’on se rigole de moi... Cela étant pour mon entreprise, je dépense de l’argent pour des événements auxquels je ne peux me présenter. Croyez-moi, c’était la première et dernière fois que je commande chez Mixam, très mauvaise expérience...

Id an issue with some damage, but it was definitely a delivery issue. The actual product was excellent and the customer service to resolve the issue was equally as excellent- quick and efficient

The excellent interface makes it very easy to produce high-quality, professional-standard publications. Any potential problems with low-resolution images are identified and can be corrected using its AI software, and the finished product is first-class. Very impressed.

I put my order through on the wrong paper by mistake, panicked, and in a few hours, customer service had cancelled and refunded my order - even though it was in production. They really went above and beyond to ensure my order was exactly as I wanted it to be. My order arrived beautifully on time, precisely (once I put it through correctly!!) as I wanted it to be. Great price, too. Thanks!

Once again very pleased with the quality of my zine. Would have been 5* but lead time seemed a bit long ( although delivered prior to estimated date).
