I bought a pair of on ear headphones about 2 months ago. They have been really good so far but just like my last pair, the part where you adjust it has snapped on one side
Utter crap
God, shittest earbuds known to man. I smashed them with a hammer because that’s all they’re good for. Won’t buy anything mixx again

I love mixx I brought a pair of the streembuds solo ones but I accidentally dropped them in a warm bowl of water and I couldn't get them out for about twenty seconds after this I found thst the sound would not work but the buttons would i then emailed asking if i could buy a seperate earbud they said they dont sell them but even though water damage is not in the warranty they sent a box that they couldn't sell but they worked the same they sent it for completely free so i now have a completely working pair and the sound quality is really good I would recommend this

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Ben! He truly went above and beyond to help me. I first emailed a week ago for some troubleshooting support as my daughter’s vinyl player had stopped working after only being used a handful of times. Ben replied super quickly the next morning, and after I sent him some pictures and videos showing the issue, he offered for me to send it in for inspection with free postage.
I sent it off, and when it turned out the player couldn’t be fixed, they sent me a replacement — which was completely unexpected since I hadn’t even purchased it directly from them! I honestly can’t thank Ben enough for his kindness, quick responses, and how efficiently he handled everything. From my first email to receiving the replacement, the whole process took less than a week. I’ve never experienced customer service like this before — truly outstanding!
Top Notch Customer Service
I couldn't fault Mixx customer service at all. I enquired about problems I was having getting the case to charge and see if I could get help incase I was doing something wrong. Ben's customer service was excellent, he understood my query, even though the fault was mine purchasing elsewhere and I had a fault, Ben still tried to help me. I decided to cut my losses as I knew the problem wasn't the companies issue. Next day Ben emailed me asking would I take a reconditioned case for my buds and I was so not expecting that. I was very happy receiving that email today.
Mixx didn't have to help me, they didn't have to replace my case but they did. Customer service done right. I will always be thankful and wont hesitate to buy direct from them in the future because I know I'll be in good hands if I have an issue.

Warning - do not buy their headphones.
I was basically scammed by their StreamQ D3 ANC Headphones. They boasted a number of features including Wear Detection...
DO NOT BUY THESE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - The so called "Wear Detection" is broken. It doesn't detect when you aren't wearing the headphones. Instead, it just pauses videos or music completely at random. There is no way to turn this feature off for some reason, and when I asked about it, the customer service person suggested turning off the headphones if I wanted to stop auto-pausing and use my device's speakers. I'm going to try and say this as simply as I can...
If I turn off the headphones, then yes, they will no longer auto-pause my music. Because the headphones are off. The headphones I was using to listen to the music. Your headphones. The primary function of your headphones is supposed to be for listening to music, and your suggestion of how to fix your wear detection issue is to switch the headphones off and stop using them.
How dumb are you? Clearly not as dumb as me, since I was scammed into buying one of these headphones that you literally recommended I stop using. These guys won't even let me get a refund for my headphones, which are basically useless, and absolutely nowhere was I warned that the Wear Detection was a feature that couldn't be turned off (unlike EVERY OTHER FEATURE the headphones possess), and they also didn't warn about it pausing music / videos at random. Frankly, I was scammed, and am posting this in the hope that I can save some of you from being scammed as well, assuming TrustPilot actually use honest reviews. Given the number of 5-star reviews on here that lied to me about the company, I doubt it, but live in hope.
Excellent Product and Company.
I bought the MIXX streambubuds which are excellent in clarity and ease of pairing and amazing value for money . However I had a slight issue with the charger I emailed and got a replacement charger within four days two of which were the weekend.Absolutely brilliant customer service in speed of replying , helpfulness and solutions ,cannot fault in anyway.
Fantastic customer service
I had an issue with the fastening loops snapping on my watch so reached out to customer services to see if I could order replacements.
I received a very fast response from Ben who arranged to send me a replacement watch strap free of charge which I received within 3 days of first contacting MIXX.
Ben could not have been more helpful and he was very quick to reply to follow up emails.
I would definitely recommend MIXX for their fantastic customer service.

Excellent customer service and eco-friendly packaging
I recently had my earbuds replaced by Mixx and was very impressed with the whole process. Communication was excellent and prompt throughout. I returned the earbuds with all the relevant parts, they tested them, confirmed the fault, and quickly sent me a brand-new pair.
What also stood out to me is their eco-friendly packaging. As someone who volunteers with Refresh (the trading name of the Wycombe Environment Centre), I truly value efforts to reduce waste and increase recycling. It’s great to see a company combining great customer service with genuine care for the environment. I hope that more big companies will follow their example.
Highly recommend Mixx for both their service and their values.

Superb Customer Service
I had a very positive experience in dealing with Mixxaudio on a service query. Ben was so helpful at every stage, and the service provided was absolutely top drawer. Both a professional and timely service has restored my faith in after-sales focus for existing customers. Few organisations these days are prepared to go the 'extra mile' in reaching out to customers. Mixxaudio certainly shows how this should be done. Full marks!

I had an issue with my MIXX Stream Buds Lynx 2 - *****5 STARS*****
I had an issue with my MIXX Stream Buds Lynx 2 buds that were bought for a Xmas present last year, however after a few months of using these stopped charging from the base unit and the buds, nothing worked. So I contacted the Mixx Support Team via their website and explained my issue, unfortunately I didn't have a receipt as my relative had misplaced this. However, Ben contacted me via email and quickly resolved the situation by sending me a pair of slightly second MIXX Dots Lite replacement, this helped enormously as I use the earbuds daily. I can't thank Ben enough for his help and quick professionalism throughout, I would definitely buy Mixx products in the future and I would highly recommend going forward.
