The customer service was incredible
The customer service when I realised my product was faulty was incredible. Ben was very responsive and went above and beyond. He was incredibly patient with me and followed up in a reassuring manner. This is useful as I'm self employed and travel for work so I often forget the little things.

I was very pleased with the help I was given relating to a small problem I had with their headphones. My headphones that I bought were not working when I bought them in a shop. When I contacted customer service regarding the issue I was helped very quickly and efficiently. Within the same day of first emailing them of my issue they resolved it even though the 2 year warranty was up on them. Highly recommend these headphones as they have a very trusted company as their manufacturer.

My husband bought me some Mixx Earbuds for my birthday nearly two years ago, and they've been great—until this May, when one of them suddenly stopped working. I visited the Mixx website and followed their advice on cleaning and inspecting the charging pins and plates. That's when I noticed the charging plate on the faulty earbud looked noticeably different from the working one.
I reached out to the customer service team for help, and the support I received was exceptional. Ben responded promptly, offered clear assistance, and quickly arranged for me to send back the earbuds for assessment. Even though they were approaching the end of their guarantee period, Ben thoroughly tested them and, upon confirming the fault, offered a replacement.
Throughout the entire process, I was kept well informed and received easy-to-follow instructions for returning the product. I’m genuinely impressed and extremely satisfied with the service I received.

Losing one of my earbuds
I want to give a big shout out to Ben. The other week, while waiting for the bus to come home I lost one of my mixx earbuds and didn’t realise this till I got home. They were a Christmas present from my partner and I had already lost the spare tips that came with them when they got thrown out with the Christmas wrapping, so you can imagine losing one of the earbuds was doubly disappointing. I reached out to the mixx team by email and explained my situation and enquired as to whether they may have spare stocks of earbuds. Ben replied to me straight away and advised that unfortunately they didn’t have spare stocks and that my situation wasn’t covered by the warranty. However, Ben offered an alternative solution of sending me one of their b-grade stocks. These being products where the packaging has some slight damage/Imperfection and not sellable but the product is in working order.
I agreed to accept the alternative earbuds and they arrived within days in good perfect working order and Ben had kindly charged them up prior to sending them.
I received exemplary customer service and I would highly recommend reaching out to the mixx team. They will do their very best to help you if they are able to.

Streambuds solo1
I bought a pair of the Streambuds, which are my first earpods as I normally use headphones. I found them easy to use, they sat in my ears perfectly, and easy to set up. The sound quality was excellent. Would I recommend them? Yes.
Not fixable so MIXX sent a new set!
Customer service took me through trouble shooting the problem with our MIXX headphones. When they determined that they were probably not fixable they offered to send us a new set, gratis. The new set arrived a couple of days later and my husband is happy again :) The responses to my emails was prompt and helpful. Very pleased with the service and, of course, very happy to have a new set at no cost.

I own both a Mixx smartwatch and headphones from this brand and I’m very happy with both. They both have great features and the battery life is reliable. Customer service is excellent, they replied to any emails or questions I had for them.
Human beats Bot
No matter how I tried phrasing and re-phrasing the question, the bot providing Mixx's frontline support simply went in circles with frustrating, non relevant responses, so eventually I copied and pasted the whole bot conversation into Mixx's contact-us form on their website and forgot about it. Surprised to note a few days later that I had had an on-point response from Ben, and thereafter had my issue sorted in no time. Thanks Ben @ Mixx!
Needed a replacement cabel
I bought a Mixx S watch for my dad a while back and he has since lost the cable. 1 quick email to Mixx and Ben was able to figure out which make of watch it was and managed to source a cable for me.

A device I had purchased from one of their suppliers had unfortunately broken, but upon investigation I discovered their products had their own warrenty from the company themselves. Upon contact, I was treated with complete respect and trust for the circumstances, and they kept in touch while I was arranging things for the item's return to make sure the process was going smoothly. As soon as the item was returned to them, they arranged a replacement that will be arriving shortly. Will most certainly keep this company in mind for future tech purchases on the strength of their support alone.
