An absolute sham and deplorable…

An absolute sham and deplorable customer purpose. They are there to rip you off. After making a purchase, I found that the item was not fit for purpose. I returned within 20 minutes. I requested a refund and they suddenly produce a notification that they do not do refunds, quoting the ACCC.

However their interpretation is totally wrong and they argue and argue then they get Security involved, which is bot problematical as they are just centre security. In fact thgey were trying to assist me in receiving the refund.

When I requested the owners contact details they would not provide that. In all cases SDO NOT go to this ripoff, as it will cost you far more than it is worth. They are a scam.

Warranty rubbish

Be aware their 'warranty' for 6 months will not be honoured. Same LCD problem on iphone after minor bump (no crack or damage to screen) within 3 months an they refused to honour. Just pay the money for the reliability of an Apple repair.

i got my iPhone fixed in 1 hour . My iphone 8 screen was fully smashed and manny repaired very fast.
