Nooit maar dan ook nooit meer een vloer van Moduleo! Zo’n groot en duur merk en dan zulke slechte kwaliteit. Wij hebben onze vloer nu 6 jaar en vol met vegen en vlekken. Volgens moduleo maken wij verkeerd schoon. Zij raden aan….. het merk wat wij al gebruiken. Wat een grap. Wij zullen dit merk nooit aan iemand aanraden. Een koude douche!

Have had Moduleo Select down for 9 years, with hardly any issues bar the last two summers. An area of flooring is in a high sun-trapped corner of the room, double-glazed windows to floor. Last summer little brown specks began to show. So this summer I put down jute-backed pure wool mats in the high sun area in the hope to protect the Moduleo flooring. After 3 months I lifted the mats and nearly had heart failure as the planks are now ‘scorched’, looks lkke I tried to dark stain the area. The rep for the product says its not covered under the warranty because I put mats on it causing heat to be trapped between flooring and mays, effectively scorching the area. Nowhere are there warnings about the floor protection ideas in high heat/sunny areas - I feel they are not honoring their 15yr residential warranty. Not very happy.

Porażka

Na ongeveer een half jaar kregen wij “bultjes” in de vloer op verschillende plekken door het huis. Bedrijf die het gelegd heeft erbij gehaald. Nee geen egalisatie probleem. Vervolgens na veel gedoe iemand anders gekomen namens bedrijf die de vloer gelegd heeft, wilden de beschadigd planken vervangen (ondertussen zijn er bultjes namelijk kapot gegaan waardoor de vloer kapot is) kwamen ze erachter dat na amper 2 jaar tijd de vloer compleet verkleurd is en totaal niet meer lijkt op de vloer die wij hadden uitgekozen. In september 2025 zou het probleem opgelost worden, ondertussen nog geen enkel fatsoenlijk antwoord gekregen vanuit Moduleo en zitten wij met een verkleurde, kapotte, bultjes vloer. En daar betaal je dan een paar duizend euro voor.

Even een reactie op de reactie van Moduleo: de klacht is al bij jullie gemeld en volgens degene van het bedrijf waar wij de vloer hebben aangeschaft reageren jullie nergens op en willen jullie niet meewerken. Dus er is nog helemaal niks opgelost en wij zitten met een waardeloze, kapotte, verkleurde vloer.

We purchased a new build home in 2020 and selected to have Moduleo flooring in our hallway, WC and kitchen. We opted for this flooring option as the sales advisor said it was durable, scratch resistant, easy to maintain and had a 15year guarantee.

Personally, I feel that we were totally misled. Within a few weeks scratches were visible all over the kitchen floor and it an absolute nightmare to clean as dirt becomes trapped in the grain effect.

More recently the flooring has started to bubble up and warp so I figured I would contact Moduleo because it’s within the guarantee period. It’s easy to find on their website that their flooring products have the 15 year guarantee, but what’s not easy to find, is the process of how to submit a claim.

After looking for quite some time for this information I gave up and decided to email them, however, not heard a thing back from them despite sending a number of emails. It feels like the alleged 15 year guarantee is just a ploy to get people to buy their flooring and then once you’ve paid and had it fitted you’re on your own.

If anyone is considering this flooring my advise would be to stick to old fashioned ceramic tiles or find a reputable company that has more than a three star rating on Trustpilot.

Have to say I’m gutted and so disappointed I chose to put this down,We selected flooring based on the full size sample boards in store and were really happy with our choice ,We selected the new stair nosings to match to complement the flooring,We waited 6 weeks ,On day on installation everything was fine and I let fitters do their thing ,When I came home from work the first thing is seen… I can only say looks like manufacturing flaws all over the place ,my heart just sank ,Few friends all commented on what’s wrong with your floor not what you want to hear when it’s only been down for 1 day,I contacted the store they are saying it’s the distress look of the floor ,I’m saying it’s not showing any of that on the sample sales rack and no mention of it ,I’m gutted I hate the planks that stand out like a sore thumb it kills the whole look of the floor not what,I have spent thousands to lay this down and I feel so bad I just want to rip it all up it genuinely looks terrible,I would love for a rep to come out and see how bad this actually looks,As I said it does not resemble the flooring I seen In store ,So what’s next well I’m hoping moduleo will reach out and look at my flooring

Layred flooring now fitted throughout the ground floor, looks excellent and is very nice to walk on.
Was concerned as have had laminate flooring before which was cold, hard and noisy.
The layred is quiet, warm and soft to walk on, easy to clean and has none of the disadvantages of laminate or hardwood.

Samples were simple to order and arrived quickly helping us decide the flooring pattern we wanted.

We ordered a few samples which were received very quickly. We made our choice and ordered through a retailer. Excellent service all round.
