Receiving the sample was fine.
However we then went on to install the flooring and the floor fitter said he would never work with this product again. He didn't think it was cut well and had to use the joint filler to fill in all the gaps. He also had trouble getting the tiles to glue down. We have used the same fitter before for Karndean tiles and there was no such trouble.

Nachdem wir uns entschieden haben, haben wir den Fußboden über Firma Kastorf bestellen und einbauen lassen.

Yes I was able to choose my flooring from your sample’s. and chose a wide planked oak. It was expertly laid all throughout my ground floor, and I am delighted with the results, it looks great and is so easy to clean..

I am delighted with my new floor. I have had a new bathroom, and my architect nephew suggested LVT (luxury vinyl tiles) for the flooring as he has used them in the past and found them excellent. I chose a wood-effect plank design, ideal for a country cottage, and they look fantastic. The builder and the bathroom designer are also impressed with the result.

Yes we bought Moduleo Red Mountain Oak in a light colour, it looks fabulous against the navy kitchen units.

Nadat we verschillende monsters hebben opgevraagd een paar mooie keuzes gemaakt. Levering materiaal was weliswaar een dag later dan aangegeven maar, het product is erg goed: mooi uiterlijk, goed materiaal en als je precies werkt ook goed te verwerken tot een mooie degelijke vloer.

Na 2 jaar is eindelijk onze moduleo vloer verwijderd met behulp van de vloerenwinkel waar wij de vloer hebben gekocht.
Moduleo heeft zich in het hele proces van hun slechtste kant laten zien waarbij je merkt dat klanttevredenheid niet op de agenda van het management staat.
Onze vloer kreeg schaafplekken van spelende kinderen, glimmende plekken van het schoonmaken van de vloer en wanneer er ook maar iets op viel had je gelijk een deuk, om maar te zwijgen over de krassen die onze hond veroorzaakte.
Moduleo gaf aan dat er niks mis was met de vloer maw je mag geen kwaliteit verwachten.
Nooit meer moduleo voor ons! Wees verstandig en kies een ander merk die wel bereid is om klachten serieus te nemen.

We ordered samples from Moduleo and they came very promptly. The quality of the flooring was excellent and we made a decision to go with this as the flooring throughout our downstairs hallway and kitchen area. Very pleased with the results and the range of colours and styles available.
