Excellent design and not too expensive. Seems tough.

Some boards were slightly damaged in transit to the store and they not only replaced them. They gave us full order plus the packs slightly damaged. So plenty for fitter to work from. Fitter did a lovely job.

Our lounge floor has recently.been covered with Moduleo Roots flooring. It was recommended by our installer as one of the best brands on the market. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend others to opt for moduleo.

Prima vloer, maar door omstandigheden moeten we binnen 1 jaar verhuizen. Vervelend, maar gelukkig kan de PVC vloer mee.....dachten we. De dealer tevens vloerlegger gecontracteerd, want het nieuwe huurhuis is groter en de vloer moet mee dus er moet ook bijbesteld worden. Wat zijn onze mogelijkheden en niet onbelangrijk de kosten van het verplaatsen?
Tot onze grote schrik zeiden zij dat de vloer niet verhuisd kan worden, omdat de click heel snel afbreekt! Zij beginnen er niet aan....Wat nu? Een vloer van dik €4.000

Anybody considering Moduleo I would urge to reconsider and to use another company such as Amtico or Karndean. We had a floor fitted, the floors were very different from the large sample board and their website images with extreme colour tone/shade variation and grain between planks. The company we used also agreed and called the Moduleo rep out. Both the company we used and the rep stated they had never seen this and agreed it was very bad. They were passing photos to technical. However 45 minutes later technical refused to have any discussions and simply said shade variation occurs.
This is supposed to be a luxury product however we are extremely unhappy with our floor. The company we ordered through and have tried and tried with Moduleo but have got nowhere. There is no customer service at all within this company. Avoid at all costs.

Difficult to clean, dirt builds up and will not come off easily without hefty scrubbing. Scratches so easily. Would definitely avoid for high traffic areas or if you have dogs.

Poor quality product that gets easily scratched.

Within 2 years multiple scratches appeared despite light use, no shoes worn and furniture having protective pads.

Tried to report this to Moduleo, however the warranty claims were rejected “ cannot identify any manufacturing fault or defect within the product”.

LayRed floor was fine when first installed, but just over two years later it started to lift at the edges and the planks started to curve upwards at the edges and then split at the joint. I took a couple of planks up and replaced them then returned them to the store and tried to make a warranty claim. After taking photos of the floor and providing one of the curving/cracked planks, the manufacturer (Unlin Flooring) rejected the claim due to incorrect installation. I requested further information with probing questions about other similar failures they may be aware, rates of expansion and pointed out that it had curved along the width not the length which is odd given that the room width is less than the length, so I would expect it to curve along the length if it was an expansion issue. They did not respond to my email and after a call with customer services they refused to deal with me directly. So much for their lifetime warranty.

Worst flooring I’ve ever had. I got the oak grey and let me tell you it’s an absolute nightmare to
Clean. The only way I could get this clean is with a magic sponge in fact about 20 magic sponges and elbow grease and not to mention sore knees … if anyone can recommend something easier then please let me know 😢
Apparently steam mops aren’t recommended 🤷🏻‍♀️

Biggest mistake I’ve made in years. We’ve had Pergo flooring in the past and never had a problem. This company bought Pergo and this is their most scratch resistant flooring. We’ve not even moved into the room yet, it’s still to be painted, and yet there’s a massive scratch and several smaller ones. £2000 this cost and I feel like crying.

The biggest disappointment is that I’ve contacted Moduleo twice and not heard back from them. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Mooie woorden van Moduleo over hun vloeren!! Maar binnen 2 jaar verkleurde onze vloer van mooi eiken naar groen eiken!! Geen enkele reactie gehad van deze leverancier.!!! Door de goodwill van de verkoper hebben we een nieuwe vloer gekregen!! Maar nooit weer Moduleo !! Niet bij de verkoper en niet bij ons!

In tegenstelling tot de slechte reacties ben ik al jaren zeer tevreden over mijn Moduleo vloer.

Ik heb een eiken parket vinyl look van de LeyRed collectie en ik heb geen enkele slechte opmerking.

Wij wonen met huisdieren en de vloer loopt doorheen alle slaapkamers en badkamers en die combinatie is absoluut de beste keuze geweest.

Geen dag spijt gehad dat ik geen eiken parket heb genomen.

Deze vinyl is bijna niet te onderscheiden van echte parket en super duurzaam in onderhoud. Ook is het absoluut een stille vloer. Als je iets laat vallen hoor je dat nauwelijks, terwijl dat bij laminaat en parket wel heel luid klinkt.

Je merkt pas dat het vinyl is als je er over stapt, dus absoluut een zeer geslaagde keuze geweest!

Schaafplekken van spelende kinderen die je niet meer weg krijgt!
Om maar te zwijgen van de krassen die onze hond veroorzaakt op de vloer.
Ook zien wij al een mooie gele lijn op de vloer waar de Mat bij de deur ligt (Die geen weekmakers heeft).
Let op en laat je goed informeren over PVC vloeren.
Moduleo is in vergelijking met andere PVC vloeren een relatief zachte vloer (Je kan de plank oprollen als je wilt).
Doordat dit dus een zachte vloer is beschadigd deze heel snel.
Wij hebben 15 jaar laminaat gehad en geen problemen maar nu na 1 jaar PVC van Moduleo ziet het eruit alsof dit er al 30 jaar ligt.
Trap niet in de marketing praatjes Krasvast, Slijtvast etc etc maar koop een goede vloer van een ander merk.

The Floor looks great. Running from our porch all through the hall, living room and dining room. Although it's only recently finished hence 4☆, I made sure the floor was properly prepped in all areas, I think that is the key. PS: I used an independent Flooring company.

we got our kitchen fitted by kitchen depot kitchen we love however the flooring on the other hand is a disgrace.

In the 6 months of the LVT being laid the fitter has been back out twice too sort issues with the flooring separating and leaving gaps. We are now onto the 3rd time and it's even worse this time the floor between the hall and kitchen is moving and starting to separate and slot of the edges starting show gaps.

We had a moduleo rep out and I had a heated debate for 15 mins on the phone he had a very pompus attitude anytime I disagreed with his opinion he got his back up was trying to then blame us and it's an easy fix he is wanting to glue planks together now forget the 10 year warranty they talk about isn't worth the paper it's written on because they don't want to sort the issue or having to lift the whole flooring up wish I had noticed these reviews before going ahead I won't stop the fight I'll go to trading standards and small claims court if I need too alof of money been wasted.

Alle slechte reviews zijn waar. Wij ook een ledray vloer gekocht van moduleo. Vertegenwoordigers kwamen langs en zeiden dat klopt dat deze vloer niet tegen bepaalde gympjes kon en schoenen. Dus je moet mensen selecteren op hun zool. En vragen hun schoen uit te doen dat was hun antwoord op lelijke strepen. Serieus zo dure vloer en dat is jullie antwoord. Mijn oom heeft ook een pvc vloer maar lang niet zulke problemen. Eigenlijk zou ik met al deze mensen met slechte reviews rechtbijstand moeten inschakelen. Ik eis een vergoeding of oplossing dit echt van de zotte. Een vloer die niet tegen schoenen kan!!! Als ik dat had geweten en het had op de specificaties gestaan kijk uit kan niet tegen alle schoenen, denk je dan ik jullie vloer had gekocht.!!!Denk na mensen

Glimmende plekken die je niet meer wegkrijgt!
Wij maken de vloer schoon met water en op aanraden van Moduleo met de producten van James en ondanks dat ontstaan er glimmende plekken in onze PVC vloer.
Zelfs de expert die langskwam durfde niets te doen maar vertelde wel doodleuk dat er niks mis was met de vloer.
Volgens mij kijken ze alleen naar de laag met de print en vergeten ze even dat de problemen in de toplaag/ lak zitten.
Nooit meer PVC van Moduleo voor ons!
