Very nice bed and the delivery was fast.The customer service was very good as they asked if I was sure about the material and the mattress.

This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered and if you like your hard earned cash, you will stay away from them. I ordered two beds from this company. Whilst I was not pleased with both orders, one of the beds was especially awful. They definitely misrepresent the goods they sell because the photos look nothing like product you actually get. The quality is horrifically awful and I am just shocked that a company can operate such a terrible service. First of all, communication is terrible. I did not hear a peep out of the company after making my purchase and had rely on messaging them via Facebook messenger. When I enquire about the status of my order, I received the same response over and over again”As soon we will inform you”
Whatever that meant. I had to call this company about 6 times just to find out when I could expect delivery. Once the beds finally arrived, I was dissatisfied with the company and so messaged them on Facebook messenger but I simply got the same response, As soon we will inform you“. Therefore I tried once more to contact the company over telephone, at which point the person on the phone shouted that they did not have time for my complaint and then hung up on me. Never in my life have I ever experienced such appalling customer service. The company finally got in touch when I said I would be leaving a review and reporting the matter to trading standards. When they did get in touch, they placed all the blame on me saying I did not read the product description, which still does not account for the poor quality of the goods I received and the horrific customer service experience. This company has refused to refund my money.
