Waiting months for claim to be settled…

Still waiting for a pet insurance claim from February to be settled. More Than clearly employ delaying tactics. An initial element of a claim was eventually settled after much back and forth between them and my vets. I then phoned 3 weeks later to see how the main part of the claim was progressing, I got put on hold and requested a callback. 20 minutes later they send an email to my vets requesting more information - nothing had been progressed in this interim period. So here I am in May still waiting for a February claim to be settled. I have dealt with many pet insurance claims over the last 20 years More Than is 100% the worst company I have dealt with. They have made the already upsetting situation of my dog being ill and requiring surgery a lot more stressful. I am not surprised EUI ltd have announced record profits - they are happy taking people’s money but not so happy when it comes to paying out.

My pet underwent a CT scan that cost…

My pet underwent a CT scan that cost around £2,000. Since then, my renewal premium has increased to £800 per year. I’ve found alternative policies offering similar coverage for £250–£300, but I’m hesitant to switch because the terms regarding previous claims—especially where there may have been an unclear or incorrect diagnosis—are not very clear.

Put policy up £100 without lettibg customer know.then reduced cover and lied throughout.

Don't be tempted by the Pet Insurance

Don't be tempted by the Pet Insurance. Similar issues to others below. Now in to week 7 of this saga and More Than continue delaying the payment by nit picking things that should have been picked up by their document review department weeks ago.
Most recent was confirming my pets date of birth via the vet. Once vet confirmed the date of birth was the same as I had stated to More than, More Than emailed to say 'Thank you for contacting us to update the date of birth of your pet' please find attached document showing an increase in your premium. An absolute shambles and I won't go near More Than or the new owners Admiral again!
