I received a letter today and had…
I received a letter today and had questions I needed answering. I spoke to Mario on the phone this morning and he explained and helped me understand what I needed to know. Mario was extremely polite and helpful and I felt no pressure to set up a payment that was not affordable for me. He listened to what I could afford and helped me set up a reasonable payment plan. Thank you again.

I made a payment plan on the phone with Mario who was helpful, kind and understanding. I noticed that they did not take payment last month and I was panicking only to find out that all my payments were done and paid in full I was not owing anything. I am so happy with this good news all done now I’m free finally yes!!! Thank you Mario for your support.
