Jon was a brilliant help throughout the process of obtaining a mortgage. Incredibly professional and efficiently reassuring throughout with all his knowledge and expertise. We will definitely be using in the future and recommending to friends.

We have used Jon and Mortgage Medics several times over the last 12 years. Service is always fantastic and second to none. We happily recommend Mortgage Medics to our friends and honestly don't think we would trust anyone else with our Mortgage requirements!

I worked with Jon Bloomfield for my recent remortgage.

Did I have a good experience, was it worth the fees stated? Put it this way;

Jon originally said to me that my existing lender may have been the best to simply re-fix, but at this rate, I had maybe used about 3 hours of Jon's time collectively over phone calls with my questions and queries on the whole process. He told me to contact my current lender instead of going through a new deal, I knew that doing so, may well make it difficult for Jon to charge me to fee as it isn't a new application. I said to Jon, I'd rather do a new deal with you, that way you get the rightly earned fee associated with this task. (The current lender did not really entertain my requests anyway).

Jon was personable at all times as well, during the process, I was away in Asia with a 8 hour time difference, Jon worked with me to contact me at an amicable time for the both of us, so nothing was stopped as a result of my absence from the UK.

It was always a nice casual short chat before we got down to business as well. Sadly, I don't need more than one mortgage for now, otherwise, it would certainly be a nice chat with Jon again!

I would not hesitate to contact Mortgage Medics in the future, in fact, I have a few people that I will be sending to Jon's way in due course.

Jon has the patience of a saint and helpfully unburdened me from all the bank bureaucracy. He knows how to navigate the complexity of mortgages and got me the deal I wanted.
