Established in 1997, Motofix Group is an independent, award-winning accident repair and vehicle bodyshop network with nine centres across the South of England. We work with leading insurers and motorists to deliver safe, high-quality car body repairs and crash repairs to exact manufacturer standards. Motofix holds approvals from 10 automotive manufacturer groups representing 20 individual brands, and every site is BSI 10125 Kitemark accredited for vehicle damage repair. Our centres are equipped to carry out structural repairs, aluminium repairs, ADAS calibration, and Hybrid and Electric Vehicle repairs, supported by continued investment in advanced repair technology and world-class technician training. Was done through the insurance but this company fixed my car to the highest standard , I am a disabled driver and they sent a worker to collect my car from Taunton to there base in Yeovil and kept me informed through the whole process , only have good things to say about this company want would recommend to anyone

Car repair at Oxford branch.

I had my car repaired at their Oxford branch through my insurance after it was vandalised. The rear window was shattered with a brick that damaged also the spoiler and part of the back. They did a very good job: perfect repair and seamlessly blended repainting. Couldn't fault them at all. It did admittedly take a little longer than I expected but I know these days spare parts can take some time to be delivered. I was given a very good and brand new courtesy car in the meantime anyway, so the wait was no issue. Very good experience overall.

Our experience has been excellent: the staff are all professional and friendly, as well as efficient. Everything went smoothly, the repair was completed to schedule and we are happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Avoid

Unfortunately motofix are my my insurance company’s preference repairer. The bodywork repair was very good but they caused other damage to my vehicle. When questioned their attitude was “well you can’t prove it “. Being a honest guy I was quite shocked by this attitude. I would recommend not using this company.

Very professional and helpful team. The communication was great throughout, I have been informed about any updates as promised. Motofix Cirencester

Motofix Cirencester - appalling customer service. Did not collect the vehicle as agreed. Failed to get approval for the full repair from the insurance company which added 10 day delay. Promised to prioritise repair due to their failings but did not. Will have taken them 4 weeks for a relatively straightforward repair. Communication shambolic. Failed to call back or do not pick up the phone most times. Manager finally returned a call was aggressive and dismissive. Have complained to my insurers

You had the car for over a month

You had the car for over a month. We took endless photographs before it came to you. It was due back on 6th January. We had texts every week saying the parts were delayed until this last week when we had daily messages or calls, we eventually got the car back on the 22nd! The final straw was that it couldn’t be returned despite the work being completed because it needed valeting. The inside of the vehicle was not valeted at all. You kept it whole day for this! Not impressed with Motofix in any way. and I am sorry to have to write this review. I also think yet another text saying “ give us a 5 star review” without even asking us if we were happy is very off hand and presumptuous.

Very helpful and friendly with…

Very helpful and friendly with excellent communication . I had a car hit while it was parked and I had insurance claim through third party, they recommended the best way to sort it out and it worked out perfectly for me. Repair quality was excellent. Couldn’t recommend enough. Would definitely used them if I needed a private job done

Returned as new

My car was picked up and returned to my home address following a hit and run. New rear o/s panel, rear bumper & exhaust needed. I was kept upto date by text regarding the repairs. The car returned as good as new with a very good paint colour match.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service, really prompt , picked the car up the day after the accident. Really good attention to detail. They genuinely seemed like they cared about my car accident. The car was returned in tip top condition, returned by their driver who was very polite. I would highly recommend this company.

Exemplary Customer Service

I recently had my car repaired at Motofix in Exeter. I was impressed from the outset with the friendly professionalism of all the staff and the exceptional customer care.
The team kept me updated regarding the progress of the repairs at every stage.
The quality of the repair is excellent.It’s so reassuring too to know the work carries a Lifetime Guarantee.
This was definitely a Five Star experience and a company that takes pride in providing a quality service from start to finish.

After having an argument with a pillar, naturally my beautiful Porsche Mecan came off worse - I sought the help of Motofix who have helped in the past, and I wasn’t disappointed. Motofix Aldershot put my vehicle back together as though nothing had happened 😁. It came back gleaming too, obviously had a good clean! The reception team were extremely polite and courteous booking in the vehicle to suit my needs. Thank you to all the staff if I could would give you ten stars I would 👏.
