After having an argument with a pillar, naturally my beautiful Porsche Mecan came off worse - I sought the help of Motofix who have helped in the past, and I wasn’t disappointed. Motofix Aldershot put my vehicle back together as though nothing had happened 😁. It came back gleaming too, obviously had a good clean! The reception team were extremely polite and courteous booking in the vehicle to suit my needs. Thank you to all the staff if I could would give you ten stars I would 👏.

I got into my car one day to find the whole inside of it wet! I discovered the windscreen on the top passenger side was leaking, water dripping all over my head when I was driving, didn't know what to do and the rain was getting worse, I called my insurers who put me in touch with Motofix Cirencester, from the first call from Nicola they looked after everything! I had a courtesy car which was automatic as I was used to driving an automatic. Angelo was great, he even valeted my car before handing it back. Michael was very informative through the whole process, calling me and keeping me up to date on timeline and Ed did the final handover. I can't praise these guys enough, I have my car back with no leaks and a lift time gaurantee on the work. HIGHLY recommend Motofix Cirencester, thank you all so much Nicola, Aneglo, Micheal & Ed.

I took the car to this garage following an accident. I have had to spend £400 fixing an issue that they did not check at the time. They are refusing to acknowledge it was their mistake. A visual check is not the same as a pressure test. Poor quality repair, avoid at all costs.

Motofix Aldershot kept me informed every step of the way during the repair of my car. Each person I spoke to was polite and efficient. The work carried out was excellent and I would highly recommend Motofix.

Claim Ref: 1013185 – still unresolved after a month

I have had an appalling experience with AX-UK and their chosen repairer, Motofix Exeter.

After a non-fault accident, my Range Rover required repairs. The driver’s door lock worked perfectly before the accident but failed immediately after. This is clearly accident-related damage.
• AX-UK Complaints Team acknowledged my complaint on 18th August 2025. Since then, despite multiple reminders (21st, 29th August, 5th September), they have failed to provide any response or resolution. This is a blatant breach of FCA rules that require insurers to handle complaints fairly and promptly. Their “complaints procedure” looks good on paper but is worthless in practice.
• Motofix Exeter have been no better. Their communication has been vague and evasive, with repeated suggestions that I could be held liable for diagnostic costs. This is unacceptable in a non-fault claim where the insurer should restore my vehicle to its pre-accident condition.

At this point, I have no trust in either company. AX-UK Complaints have gone completely silent, and Motofix Exeter appear unaccountable. I am now escalating the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

My advice: avoid AX-UK and Motofix Exeter at all costs. They are untrustworthy, unresponsive, and fail to meet even the most basic standards of customer care.

The team were all so polite and helpful, great telephone manner and also face to face service. They went above and beyond with my requests and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all so much, you did a wonderful job on my car and fantastic service. I will recommend you for any repairs.

I am very frustrated with the changes to the completion date of my car repair. Even after receiving confirmation, the promised dates kept shifting until the very last moment. This lack of consistency has caused significant disruption, especially since the courtesy car provided has different features—such as being petrol instead of electric—which made my daily routine more difficult and added unnecessary inconvenience.

I truly hope that this time my car will be delivered on the date you have confirmed, without any further delays. Clear and reliable communication, along with honoring agreed deadlines, would greatly improve the customer experience.
