MotoFix for the win. After a traumatic ordeal with a different company, Motofix Went above and beyond to ensure my car was repaired properly. The customer service was excellent from the start to finish and the car looks brilliant. Would highly recommend as I won’t be going anywhere else for my body work!

Body repairs
Arranged car pickup and transported to and from home seamlessly. Repair was carried out to a good standard. Car was returned clean both inside and out. Some of the dashboard information display was changed time, lights, radio etc reason unknown as this had nothing to do with the body repair. Otherwise a good experience.

Motofix Northampton repaired a company van. Communication from estimate to repair was fantastic clear, concise and professional.
All contact with staff was friendly and helpful a pleasure to deal with.
Would highly recommend them.

Excellent Repairshop, Cannot Fault.
Cannot fault my experience with Motofix. I chose to go to them rather than my insurer’s “approved repairer” because they’re approved by my manufacturer (which the approved repairer were not) and also had far better reviews than the questionable company my insurer wanted me to use. This takes a little more admin and the insurer made me wait a bit longer for approval and pay for my own hire car because I chose my own repairer but it was worth it. Work was completed to the best standard, you’d have no idea there was even ever a chip on my car. Every part of the process was made as simple as possible - assessment booked in on the same day as calling, quote provided to insurance company that same day, arranged for my car to be picked up from home and courtesy car provided, kept in the loop at every stage without even having to pester for an update. They even capped the cost of my hire car at 5 days rather than the 11 days I ended up having it. Everyone you deal with is friendly, helpful and empathetic to the fact people are anxious and stressed when they’ve had an accident - you know you’re in safe hands. They clearly take both customer service and the quality of their work seriously. I hope to never have to use a repair shop again, but if I do I’ll be coming back here. Thank you!

Excellent customer service and quality of work
My car recently had its front bumper repaired and my insurance company arranged it through Motofix in Oxford. I was really impressed by their customer service and quality of work carried out. I particularly appreciated the fact that they knew immediately that Saturday morning drop off of my vehicle would suit me better as a school teacher, and that someone was prepared to wait after 5pm for me to pick up my car again when I was stuck in traffic. They also kept me regularly updated on the progress with my vehicle and the work has been carried out to a high standard.
