Attenzione è una truffa quasi il 90% dei servizi che danno.
I segnali e gli EA hanno recensioni false, si mettono d'accordo tra di loro, non sono verificate, inoltre i profili dei venditori non mostrano i servizi precedenti, cioè loro attivano decine di EA, quelli che all'inizio vendono li lasciano e quelli che hanno recensioni negative li tolgono e continuano così

Très mauvaise expérience avec le service client MQL5 suite à l'achat d'un EA frauduleux (qu'ils ont d'ailleurs supprimé).
Ils se défaussent complètement sur le vendeur en cas de litige mais ne prennent pas la peine de vérifier le code des produits qu'ils mettent en vente, se rendant ainsi complices e l'arnaque.

Big problem with EAs, it's full of false reviews, false backtests. A real mafia is installed, a lot of trolls. The site has been letting this happen for several years...completely littered with scams.

Mql5 delete my accout without warning or notification, verry bad service for seller

for me, mql5 is the only place where I found documentation on this programming language, the rest of the internet is quite poor. I don't comment on data regarding the sale of a software through them for now because I haven't done one yet but as soon as I manage to sell one of the scripts achieved, I will share my experience. I am used to the result of my work being stolen, so if I will not collect money on the respective scripts or find them on the net for free or if they will be sold by someone else or if their conception idea will be used, I don't care

They don't send the money I earn. I've been trying for 6 months. They said they sent it. My bank said no such money had arrived and they should call us. When I said this, they said no, we sent them, we won't call anyone. These are thieves. They are devoid of honor.

Buggy platform (Metatrader), buggy site (market), and support does not help, they tell you to check their useless forum which I did

this is most likely the worst company I've seen but since they were the first to be there, they got a headstart and now they deliver nothing.

Avoid buying anything from mql5.com and do not waste time on there as well

The market was not working properly and no on in the forum would help. I thought maybe the problem was I deleted some files on my MT4 platform and somehow the MT4 was not connecting to the Mql5 market place the way it was intended. (I'm not a tech guy)

I made a new account which I NEVER ACTIVATED, and I guess they banned me.

There is no phone number, no email for tech support to have the second account closed and my original one fixed.
Before all this happened, a mod did help me many hours later right before bed, and I was able to get the market working, bough an ea.... and the next day I could not log in to thank the mod or figure out how to delete the extra account. It's pretty lame that there is no email or number for tech support to fix a simple mistake like this. I didn't know it violated terms, heck even FF would give ya a shot a fixing this kind of mistake. It's not like I was coming and committing fraud or shouting curse words in the forum.

Be careful, all mql5 services are terrible, freelancer has lots of scammers and newbies coders, and mql5 support doesn't care the client reported issues, and process it randomly

worst customer service I got scammed by mql5 watch out guys

I placed my robot Sincere EA with this company sales outlet, my robot sales have reached over $350,000, yet this company never told me I have sales proceeds to collect until a hacker gained access to my EA sales account and gradually withdrawing my sales revenue, even writing me mails of their withdrawals.
All my efforts to contact this company to help stop the withdrawals from my account failed as they only left their website on auto pilot without any customer service to attend EA sales issues, but when you want to withdraw, they take their 20% of ones sales. I wonder why so many who have suffered in mql5 did not share their experience so others don't fall victim.

This support is the worst I´ve ever seen. No response. No withdrawl. What a waste of time and money. Don´t use this service!

No response from the service desk! they don't help at all, they charge their commission and lets us deal with almost 70% of the scammers on the site. very unhelpful! iv had the worst experiences here, lost a lot of money dealing with freelancers.. be aware

I went to join MQL5 Distributed Computing tonight and upon entering my email address kept receiving messages that it was already in use although I have no account with MQL5. I then went to use the site's "log in with Google" option and was told there was no account registered with their site. Also that my account was new to the MQL5 community, after which I was then referred back to the regular registration form. The log-in form then acted like it was in a loop with the same message reappearing telling me my email address was already being used despite having no account.

Be very careful! There are expert advisors with wrong backtests and sometimes expert advisors will be deleted and you do not get back your money. MQL5 offers no support. Very poor.

It is an authentic representation of today's world, with its scams and corruption.

You will never find their MT4 application on their own Metaquotes website because they have it completely sold and corrupted in the hands of Brokers. If you install and use it, remember to delete unnecessary "files", otherwise one morning you will find that all your wallets have been closed.
And the corruption of this company comes mainly from the hands of its moderators, who are not paid anything in exchange for doing what they want with the ethics of their service. They eliminate and block in a "vico-absurd" way anyone who is not a moderator or is not part of the affiliates that they have brought to the company.
A total threat to the sector.

Quand j'ai changé le mail car ca m'avait saouler je me suis retrouvé bloqué jusqu'en 2123 oui oui donc j'aimerais énormément que toute mes données soit complètement supprimé de ce site surtout mon téléphone

I think the fact that there is a community is quite helpful, because it can be pretty daunting to create your own EA and put money into it. Especially if you don't have any experience in coding this is next to impossible. With the community however, you can easily post a job and get someone to do it for a cheap price. People are also helpful in the forum typically.

That said, the customer service from the people behind MQL is very poor. You can only submit tickets in categories they will let you submit, even things that can be technical issue with the software and if you can't submit your question to them, you have to post it in the forum with no idea if your question is going to be answered properly or not.

Also when using their (very expensive) method of using external agents (calculation power) your account will drop $10-$20 below zero and if you want to pay for a job again, you need to debit these amounts. When you ask them why this happens you get a nonsensical answer saying that they can't predict how much calculation power you need in advance and therefor it happens and blablabla, but it's just a cheap way for them to make money of the backs of their users.

What's also annoying is that in the forum people are not allowed to talk about brokers. So you need to sift through hundreds of brokers yourself, which can take you a fulltime week or more easily, whereas they could've just let people discuss this openly in the forum if they really wanted the best for their users.
