They allow authors with scammy expert advisors to remain on their marketplace. They will not refund you under any circumstances, even when you have proof of their fraud.

Yes, a lot of EAs and Indicator don't work. But you can always test them before you buy. Bad news, there is also no guarantee that the test was not manipulated or that the result will be the same in the future. And as my grandma said, if it's free, it's worthless! Many people want a "set and forget" system for little money. Honestly, who gives away a well-functioning EA?I have some EAs and they work, but all of them have a live signal for a long time. I would never buy anything without seeing the live performance. I have never needed customer service. If I'm stupid enough to buy something without having tested it extensively, then I put it under experience. Everything else just raises blood pressure and doesn't change anything. Be wise and don't give up.

Never seen such low rating on trust pilot so lets add my story to worn you.
This company is registred in Cyprus and not respect Cyprus law. They even treaten me about taking legal actions against me .. have a go you scammer with that we will have fun (at least me) in court.
Many T&C are forbiden by law, but they still refer to them when you have dispiute.
They not care if user is proper coder or scammer- they let both exist on same portal- mql5. After 2 honest purchases I bought a product that not works from scammer. They asked me to contact scammer directly to repair ordered software ;-)
After 2 weeks dispiute ( I just asked to cancel my licence on scam product and get money back) I was assured that they will not refund me for what scammer is still selling at the day I'm writing this post (6 weeks after my purchase).

If you been scammed as me- call your bank ASAP and ask for chargeback. They will block your account for doing so (based on illegal T&C) but you will still have access to products you purchased before and may work. If you been scammed go for chargeback- the more scammed people will do it there is a greater chance they will start complaying law or payment providers will stop services for them.

MQL is not a transparent and honest company.

They do not respect any consumer laws. Be careful and if possible stay away. I have a huge problem with them, a purchase that should not be made, I was deceived, the seller authorized the immediate cancellation after the purchase and MQL denied it.

Absurd, they are bad people, stay away!

I do not recommend ordering advisors or indicators on this site, because if there is a problem between you and the developer, then none of the administration will help you and you will lose your money.

MQL5.com has a ton of garbage EA and indicators for sale by various developers. I'd say 99% of them are really trash because I've been duped several times already, by sellers and by faulty EA. Many are overpriced or simply not worth a cent because they all can blow your account within a few days of trading. You can actually buy the same for a fraction of the price somewhere else or get them for free if you're diligent and patient enough to scour the internet. If you have your own strategy and want it to be created into an indicator or EA, chances are you'll be wasting money and time on many of these developers. I was also a victim of such. Customer support is sorely lacking. Lastly, I deposited money to have a new EA developed by my frequented developer who unfortunately decided to stop because she is having problem withdrawing her earnings. So I asked MQL5 to refund my money. It's been 5 days and I haven't received my refund and I asked for the reference number to authenticate that they actually made the refund to my bank. For 4 days, there has been no reply from customer support. So stay away from this shabby site. There's a lot of sites out there trying to lure people with supposed lots of money-making software and the like, but be wary. Many of these sites don't even bother checking the credentials of the developers and their creations.

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. I wish I had read the reviews before I used this platform. Firstly the EA was not working, and the seller was not responding. The technical team took forever to respond and even then they were hesitant to give me a refund even after I had proof that the EA was not working. Eventually I got my refund and they were like we can only do this as a one time exception, yea I am not coming back on this stupid inefficient unreliable platform with dirty customer support people. It took so long for them to answer my support questions but as soon as I said delete my account, it was deleted within a minute lool.

This eventually dragged on for over 2 weeks and today I finally got my refund.

The MQL5 language is the best algorithmic trading language out there. Most of the negative comments I am seeing here are from traders who know nothing about trading and just think money can be downloaded from the internet. If you’re into automating your own strategies, and ure a true trader with realistic expectations about your trading activities, then without doubt this is the best trading platform there is

Mine was making 1250% ROI in the past year. BUt after a few days of bad trades they just deleted his account and I remained with a 75% loss

I don't like mql5.com. It is long outdated. The moderators there are too arrogant. There is very little useful information on the site.
This site has long been worth changing both technically and in design. It would also be good to make it more user-friendly.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer support. They completely ignore what your actual problem is and just keep asking for things they don't need or just plain close your support ticket for NO reason. They allowed me to purchase a signal in the US that is against the law (SEC). Therefore NO brokers in the US are allowed to do business with their application MT5. They refuse to refund my purchase when no one in the US can use the things they sell. You won't find out until you try to find a broker to open an account that supports their apps. The ONE broker I found that allows the use of their older software MT4, has it restricted to comply with SEC rules. Which makes the functionality of auto trading signals with MT4 useless because the broker doesn't allow you to connect if you have ANY signals that don't comply with SEC rules. I've been given the run around by their support for 3 weeks now! On something as simple as the signal they sold me is ILLEGAL to use in the USA! Their support just keeps stalling and NOT providing a refund for something they shouldn't sell to anyone in the USA anyway!

This platform is in theory a nice idea. However, it's full of Scammers and Frauds. Why? EAs with faked backtests get sold. It can be proofed from users but however, product is still online for weeks. After a while, EA got removed, but the developer doesn't get blocked and everything starts again. However, there's no real history of deactivated EAs. Which means, all negative comments and feedbacks from users are deleted as well and footsteps can be removed from developers. This is the same with Signals. For example there are a lot of Signal provider which are disconnecting their client when they face a huge drawdown and loading up money on their account. Follower however are out of Sync. For example last week there was one Situation about this which leads that 1.5M USD got lost for all sbscriber. The Support don't care about this and don't block the user. I created a Thread regarding this in Forum but it got removed since it's not allowed to talk about Signals in Forum. It's a bit like George Orwells 1984...
In short, stay away from this platform. To many Scammers and Frauds. And since the platform owner don't think about changing this situation and profit from this, they are Frauds as well.

Utilisateur depuis plus de 8 ans, en tant que client et vendeur, je trouve la plateforme très bonne.
Il y a de nombreuses mise à jour avec le temps. Une grande quantité de contenu gratuit, idéal pour apprendre à développer ses propres robots.
A l'heure actuelle je ne connais aucune plateforme qui s'approche de MQL5.

Rien à dire sur le concept initial :
- Communauté d'utilisateurs nickel
- Plein d'outils pour MetaTrader 4 et 5
- Un gros support pour apprendre à coder en MQL et créer ses propres EA.

Mais alors les services payant sont une arnaque sans nom !!!!

En plus vous ne savez pas le prix avant ... et ça ne s'arrête pas automatiquement quand votre solde arrive à 0€ ... ça continu et vous vous retrouvez avec un solde négatif qu'ils vous demanderont gentiment de combler ... la blague !

So far I owe a lot of programming knowledge in MQL5 to the community, there is a lot of material for every kind of development.

Like many other things, it is unfortunately one of the misunderstood facts when some talk about fraud or any fake women who lure people into trading. MQL5 is a programming platform. I would not buy untrustworthy Expert Advisors. But there are quite a few with an honest background. For freelancers it is also an opportunity to earn money, which I think is good if everything is transparent.

Buying and using an Expert Advisor does NOT replace your own MQL5 programming skills. Because there is a small proportion of scammers who use it to do dubious things, the ingenuity of the platform community should not be dragged into the dirt. Everyone needs to invest in themselves, including learning a programming language, if I'm to benefit within those capabilities! Such absolutely stupid wannabes who want to earn a lot of money quickly simply don't belong here! When I'm programming, I too have to research how one or the other works. If you want to earn millions, the effort to learn programming should not be too much!

Lots of false claims from MQL5 about my account, constant deactivations for no reason, claiming even that I loped my own signal, completely crazy !

Contacted by a chinese woman on facebook. Induced me to trade. I made a profit but they stole them. Be careful. SCAM!!!
