My experience with Mr Bee removals has been very good from the beginning. I started by talking to John about helping emptying a container with was coming from abroad and transporting the personal belongings to a flat which was on 3rd floor of apartment without stairs.The container arrived unexpectedly earlier then planned and I called John and he arranged two men with a van to help me out last minute. One of the men came on their day off to help! They were very good and did an excellent job. I would high recommend Mr Bee removals .

My move went very smoothly. The men kept in touch with me throughout the morning so that I knew what time they were coming, the whole move was done very efficiently and they were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great service.

I used this company two years ago and had an excellent experience, but this time the quality was much lower.

The movers didn't seem well-prepared. The person dismantling the bed was not careful - parts dropped as he unscrewed them, and a large piece of wood fell. Fortunately, the damage was internal and didn't affect the bed's functionality. However, they lost three screws and had no replacements, so I am now missing them. Additionally, they temporarily lost a sofa leg, which was only found after they had already left.

I also paid for an extra hour because it took them 30 minutes to assemble the bed. When I asked them to assemble the sofa, they rushed, saying the next client was waiting. I had already paid for that hour, so this was confusing and frustrating. I called the manager, who was very helpful, and the movers returned, but they were unhappy and assembled the sofa hastily, leaving me to fix some parts afterward.

Lastly, I gave them my electric screwdriver because they didn't have one, and I now cannot find it. While it's not a huge loss, it adds to my disappointment with this service.

I truly valued the service I received two years ago, so it's unfortunate to see such a decline in quality.

I have used Mr Bee Removals 2 years in a row. Both experiences have been very pleasant. Communication in letting us know whether they’d be late was appreciated as it gave us time to plan around it. Both teams (different each time) were very kind and professional (Shoutout to Hamza for his kindness!).

First time using Mr Bee Removals, movers asked for a stairs fee as I lived on the second floor of flats (We thought it was included in the price - my mum then gave them cash in hand). Afterwards when emailing about it, the total price does indeed include any additional costs for stairs. Please be mindful. Otherwise good experience all in all :)

Mr Bee Removals helped me move house in September. They were prompt on time and although they left one item behind they remembered everything else and did not seriously damage anything.

Great service. The driver was kind, patient and very helpful.

Great service and reasonable with their pricing.
Moved a few times but this one was less stressful.

I had a very good , removal day, trustworthy , and very obliging, polite , and careful with my furnature, did what they had to do , easy tranactions.

Great service, highly professional movers. Packed the van nicely so was able to fit a lot in. They took care not to damage my property or good.

Main thing is that you need to pack your furniture really well, I see reviews where furniture was damaged but you need to take precautions to protect it yourself.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers. We had Richard who was really good, polite and professional

The guys are extremely slow as they charge per hour to increase the price. After loading some of the items, they said it's too many items (though all the items were mentioned before the quote).
After wasting half an hour when the items were loaded there was still space left.
Lastly the job was finished in 4 hours but I was charged for 6 hours.

I would recommend to avoid them.

Very negative experience. Lack of transparency and appalling communication.
The removal was schedule for 12.30pm, they call me at 12.25 to let me know they d be 1.5hrs late. 2pm comes, no news. I call back and the guy told me he was still at the previous job as the lift broke and he did not know when he could be at mine. I called the office and they sent someone else. They arrived at 3.25pm ( I am now 3 hrs late with my buyers arriving in 1 hr).
They finished the job at 6.40pm at the latest and charged me for the full 4hrs even though they worked 3.15 hrs and were 3 hrs late. Be carful to check the starting and finishing time carefull or better still, DON’T BOOK THEM!

This was my second tune using Mr Bee Removals and it was again, a very good experience. The team were professional, respectful and worked well together. They worked hard and had a great attitude and approach. I would confidently recommend them as the move went so very well. Thank-you !

The two removalists got angry during my move and started shoving each other, one was pushed back into the balustrade so could have ended badly. It made it a very uncomfortable and stressful experience as I was on my own. They also damaged my door frame getting my sofa into the living room.

As a student moving between cities, I was very anxious about the cost and logistics of a van hire. Mr abee Removals were extremely accommodating financially and managed to make a little deal for me which was amazing! The van came on time and the driver was lovely. Abi made sure all of our stuff was safe and secure, he organised the van well, although I would say he was at times overly cautious about overloading the van but for understandable reasons (however this did mean we didn't get all of our stuff in the van and I do think there was enough space but he's the professional and I trust him). We did everything on time with the driver's help and it was a seamless day.

Very professional and friendly service, helped to make my move easy peasy.

Amazing removal team , moving can be stressful. However the team was great I cannot fault them one bit ! Got the job done effortlessly with no stress

The first email they send is just a standard template with prices. When I told them I found much cheaper quotes elsewhere, their reply came across as unprofessional. In my case, they said it would be cheaper if there was a lift — which was never mentioned in their first email.

So just be aware: if you don’t have a lift, your price will be very high!

They were very good. They found parking and did everything to help. Done all very quick and efficiently.

Absolutely disgusting service. I used this removal company in September 2025. Alot of my furniture was broken and damaged, the removal men were dismissive and rude. When raising the concerns with the management he was extremely aggressive and rude then blocked my contact. Now have had purse it to court 🙄 NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
