Disappointed that the colours on the flag were far more insipid than the example shown on the website. Plus the material was so ‘see through’ it made the colours more insipid

Quality end of the flag market. You pay a little more and the build quality speaks for itself. Still up over a year later with no signs of tethering or damage. All the professional fittings and strengthening in the right places.

bespoke funeral pall at…
We required a bespoke funeral pall at short notice. Mr Flag had he design ready in two days and the pall delivered within five days.
It was used at one of our Veterans funerals and was greeted with great acclaim. It was a magnificent piece of work and I have no doubt that it will be requested many times in the future. Price is always an issue and considering the quality of the product, it was a bargain.

Very easy website to negotiate. Only thing I did not know was how long I would need to wait for delivery. Contacted the comany & was given a timescale.Delivered in time for my trip.

Good morning Mrs Cupples,
Your order was received at 17:03 on Friday 25 August, and shipped 4 business days (after the bank holiday) later on 1 September.
The product page for this item says "These are made to order and customers should allow 5-7 days for them to be manufactured and despatched. If your order is time-sensitive, please tell us at the time of ordering." However I accept that this is perhaps not as obvious as it could be (it's hard to know in advance which bit of crucial information is most important to highlight!).
We'll look at making improvements to that, and hope we can do better next time.
