Made it a request for a specific flag design which incorporated our photographs that we required at short notice. Flag was delivered on time and was far better than we ever expected. Will definitely use again.

I asked for a flag that had been recently created and not of a traditional size. Staff were tremendously helpful in adding the flag to the catalogue and fulfilling my size request. I can't wait to do business again.

Your flag is still in transit to New Zealand. The Royal Mail: International Economy Small Parcel (untracked) delivery service you selected at checkout can take up to 84 days from the UK (please see the Royal Mail website here https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international/country-guides/new-zealand ), and your order (placed on 29th April) is still en-route.

I was looking for a quality flag
I was looking for a quality flag, so I could get in embroidered, for the golf club. Google search and there were many flags but what I wanted was a proper toggle and rope flag for our flagpole. This seemed to suit our needs. Time will tell.

I'm sorry to learn that we let you down.
This order (202711) was placed on Friday 25th April, though not in the name of Grimley. It was manufactured within our stated despatch time, and shipped via the Royal Mail: Budget 2nd Class Delivery (untracked) service requested at the time of purchase. It seems that this (the slowest of the available delivery options) and the intervening bank holiday did not work in our favour, which we very much regret.
I'm not aware of us having received any communication directly from you on this matter, and though the flag did arrive in time for the day of the event, I would be happy to send you a reply-paid returns envelope so you can return the flag to us for a full refund.

Our church flag was torn…
Our church flag was torn when it wrapped itself over the cap of the flag staff in a winter gale. Mr Flag replaced the torn quadrant and the antifray netting quickly and efficiently.

We did make this mistake, and we regret it very much.
However, we did then make and send the correct flag which was delivered on 1st May, a week before VE Day. Moreover we requested that you keep the first flag with our compliments by way of an apology (and so as to not inconvenience you further by having to return it).
You did then indicate to us that you were impressed and surprised at our response to our mistake, and I wrote to you myself asking if there was anything further you would have liked us to do.
