Royal Mail unfortunately misplaced my product but Mr Flag immediately made me aware of the issue and against the run of the clock made/shipped a replacement flag.

When I 'phoned the company and asked for eyelets as well as pole attachment, I was told the flag would have eyelets, but when I went to use the flag there was no eyelets.

Good, well made flag which arrived promptly.

A few years back, I found an image on Google of the Saltire with y Ddraig Goch superimposed over top. I thought it was absolutely amazing. It represented the biggest chunk of my families heritage. Scottish on my Mothers, and Welsh on my Fathers. Fast forward a few years, and I find the very company that would and does make that very flag!!

I am very impressed with the shipping times. Both the Royal Mail and the USPS, must’ve been on their game. Few days to create, then it was at my door in a week after i saw the email, that it had shipped.
