First withdrawal in 3 day. Second withdrawal I'm still waiting. I withdraw on the 8of June and its now the 7th of July. Ridiculous amount of time to wait. If you have 1 pending withdrawal you can't deposit until its clear.

THE worst scam of a company ever. Do not use Mr Sloty. I asked them over and over is this a scam? They said no. But they lie.
I tried many times to withdraw my winnings and each time it bounced back. This company need to be shut down for good.

This company is a absolute scam do no touch them. Been waiting a month for £250.00 winnings. If you use their live chat it is always generic responses and always quotes 7-21 days. I tried to ask questions that a generic response is no good for and all I get is please be patient and then end the chat. Tried to email support and just gets sent back.

Still waiting since 29th May. I tried to contact through resolver and just generic emails being sent. Why is this company still operating. Seems to be that this will not end in a good way. I have threatened them with small claims court but I really dont think they care and will continue to scam money form people until they are shut down#

Wake up this morning to find my £250 has been credited back to my account. Their excuse is because of an error lots of transactions have been lost. Have tried to withdrawal again lets see if its gets paid tis time

Chat customer service is shocking, cut me off when I told them to pay everyone's money, total scam but they won't get away with it, I dealt with similar places and karma has got them all... Still waiting for my winnings,even though I've probably put more money down

1 star for non-stop spam. Without spam, I would rate them 3 out of 5. But they aggressively SMS and Email spam you. I mean, who in the world needs bonuses with an x50-x80 wager??

Also, the casino doesn't have live games and has a poor selection of slots. Like 20 Quickspin slots, no ELK provider, 7 Relax slots (which eat money like crazy).

Withdrawal request for 1050 made was accepted after all verification requests were made only to be returned into my balance as there was an issue.
I have made request again and was advised to do and would be done instantly no wait.
I went on chat and was advised 21days to process I am currently in process of dealing with credit card company to retrieve money as 100% fraudulent.
If I do receive my money from them today I will eat my words but that's not going to happen

Just had the third attempt to withdraw my £3850 from this site been refused by the risk team with no explanation. This is working day 165 or seven calander months. All returns to account have been on 7th of the month. Am now going to be emailing and chatting daily. Know I'm not going to see the money just wish they would be honest. Update have emailed Malty Ltd accountants asking that they forward my complaint to the owner of Mr Sloty. Awaiting for an acknowledgement or response. Still asking daily for updates via chat. 28th June update, still using bot chat to request my withdrawal still being told to be patient now over 175 working days since original withdrawal request. Update still no payment still asking for patience whilst they are considering. Nothing from email to accountants or owner now at working day 180 plus

I won over £700 it's 3 months now not got the money and being told to be patient..
