Ordered the trays for my wedding favours, received dispatch confirmation and tracker information but was not updating called and a lady offered to investigate and call back never received call, tried 2 days later spoke and never got call back again, tablet arrived following day with tracker still not updated to say en route, tablet itself is lovely and my guests all enjoyed it.

I met the ladies from Mrs Tillys at the Leo Show 2014 in London. They gave me lots of information about the fudge and treats they make and we're happy to allow myself and my 2 (very excitable) young boys try many different flavours. We were unable to buy our gifts at the show as our arms were full already. We came home, ordered 5 hampers and they arrived within a couple of days. Perfect :-)

I discovered Mrs Tilly's Tablet when I received a welcome pack of Scottish goodies when I arrived at my hotel for this years Commonwealth games. One taste and I was hooked. A few weeks later at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival I was scouring the shops to find more and discovered the amazing fudge! Did try other products in my search but nothing matches the taste of Mrs Tilly's now bought some for all my friends and family for Christmas stocking fillers excellent quality, great price.

Would recommend Mrs Tillys to my friends and family for the ease of ordering and the swift delivery. Bought the fudge on a trip to Scotland recently and really enjoy and wants some for family to try,as my mam is scottish she said its how she remember fudge being when she was a child.

The hampers that I bought were great, very well presented. My friends will be delighted when the open them on Christmas morning. I was disappointed when hamper I originally ordered was no longer available due to the supplier but the replacement was just as good. Yes I will recommend this company to others and I would order from them again.

I love your products and have ordered them last year for a friend's birthday and she loved the hamper. It was different.
This year, I wanted a hamper for my sister in Wales as she also loves your products. Delivery was very fast and she is delighted with my gift.
Your response to emails needs working on. I emailed you during the summer and still haven't had a response to my query. I emailed you a couple of weeks ago, waited for a response, got a response eventually then it died a death again before I eventually got a response. This is disappointing service. Quick response to emails is important.

I placed this order on the 30th November, and the items were with me by the 3rd December - excellent service, especially at this time of year. Although I haven't tried the tablet or fudge they look fantastic - just like my gran used to make at home, so I can wait to open these at Christmas. Thanks to all for the fantastic service and fabulous looking products.

I ordered a hamper for Xmas , unfortunately the company who were supplying the wicker baskets ,let them down , but Mrs Tillys sent an excellent alternative , very satisfied , thank you .
