I had a car service yesterday with Mr Tyre in Cannock, Although the mechanic was very busy , he was very reassuring, he confirmed that my car will be finished by this time, It was busy, but he was calm and reassuring, he ordered the part and the process worked efficiently, it was very hot and stressful for him, there were lots of phone calls, but he still finished the car on time. he allowed me to pay before the service which I liked, my card was a bit worn,

Went to Cannock mr tyre for standard MOT. Unfortunately it failed. However, drew and the team went above and beyond to get the car back on the road and sorted the same day despite issues with my locking wheelnut. I’m so grateful to them. As always excellent service from the staff at my local store. Always welcomed by the manager and I usually manage to speak to the member of staff who is dealing with my car.
