Made an error and took my car in 24 hours to early for its MOT. Dave the manager emmediatly said no worries i will get it done asap same day. All our family use darlaston branch because the staff do go out there way to sort any issues. Great service as per from the darlo team

Even when they’re busy , they keep your allotted appointment time slot.
We always use these as they are thorough and stick to your time slot, which helps you plan your day. I have always booked ahead so I get the day and time I need. Drive in MOT, text to say come collect and away I go. Easy, very efficient, pleasant and helpful staff. They and the garage is clean, obviously not spotless, and tidy. Well done as always team Darlaston.

Very friendly. Mot was done quickly so didn't have to wait very long and the cost of the mot was good.i have used this garage several times and will continue to do so. Very easy to book online.

Can’t fault the experience
Can’t fault the experience. From booking the MOT online, to picking the car up afterwards, everything was effortless. Service great. Staff friendly and helpful and cost was very reasonable.

Like I've said In other reviews, can't fault the place, staff are friendly and helpful, never feel like I've been ripped off, and they do what they say there going to do, and show you the parts they've replaced, you really couldn't get a better service.
