I booked a full service with Mr. Tyre and the staff were amazing. Any additional repairs and the costs involved were communicated to me. The pricing was also affordable.

I received a call to advice the diagnosus following thuer ibspection and sought my consent to proceed. I was guvenbtge cost as well. Quite efficuent. Work was finished much earlier than I expected and I received a text to update me.
Nick and his team have always been very professional and polite with tge customer.

Not honest people
I went to check my tyre today and they said it needs to change because there is not repairable on the edge side of the tyre. I trust them and ask the price for the better quality one. The staff said is cost £78 something including the VAT and I confirm it twice. Then the other staff said £87 something with everything I went to reconfirm with the 1st staff who told me £78 he said YES with £78. But then I got to pay £87.60 finally.
I would happy to pay £87.60 if I know that was the price at 1st. But not with the different price with different staffs. They should tell me If they have mistake the price but they just denied it
To be honest I won’t recommend anyone again. It show dishonesty and I felt bad about it.
One more thing; I should have to get my old tyre back instead of leave it to the company because the tyre definitely can be repair. And I just changed this tyre in Costco last year for Bridgestone over £100
People just try to take advantage from you when u trust them🤦🏻♀️

I am sorry to see that you're disappointed, as customer service is very important to us. We always try to be as clear and concise as possible. I have checked the price on our system, and they are definitely £87.60 each. We don't have a tyre in stock for £78.00; we only have a budget tyre at £58.00 and the better quality Laufenn at £87.60.
There is no reason why you can’t keep your old tyre. If you pop back in you’re welcome to collect it. Please be aware that the waste tyres are collected weekly though.

Absolutely brilliant and speedy service in an emergency puncture I had! No matter whether it’s a repair or new tyres the service here is second to none and I have never had a problem and the staff are always welcoming friendly and helpful!!
