Respuesta de Mr Tyre Ltd - Lichfield
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re sorry that the oil filter light wasn’t reset during your recent service. This is not in line with our usual standards, and we apologise for the oversight.
We understand the inconvenience of having to return, and we’ll make this right as quickly as possible. If you’re able to drop by, we can reset the light for you straight away—it should only take a few minutes and won’t require an appointment. Alternatively, let us know a time that suits you, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Thanks again for letting us know, and we appreciate your patience.
Kind Regards,
Andy Alton

Great experience today
Very professional, prompt and great value.
The amount saved on a full service versus the main dealer equivalent more than covered the full set of Yokohama tyres I bought 2 months ago - also from Mr Tyre their prices were as good as anybody else and much better than the majority.
I did query in advance what oil was being used and the answer came back very quickly (premium Valvoline, in line with manufacturer specifications) - very impressive and responsive.
Its a 50 minute drive for me to use Mr Tyre Lichfield and I can think of no reason based on todays experience (my first with them) to go anywhere else. Excellant.
