Staff were very welcoming, very friendly got on with the job efficiently and didn’t take too long advised I should have my tracking checked on the car and they sorted it out.

I had an issue with Mr Tyre leading to a poor review.
They addressed the issue in a professional manner so I have changed the rating of the review to 5 star.
Things go wrong in business but how issues are dealt with is a measure of the company.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to travel 18 miles only to find that we were unable to carry out your booked service and tyre fitting. We appreciate the inconvenience and disappointment this caused.
Unfortunately, an unexpected issue with another vehicle significantly impacted our schedule that day. We did attempt to contact you beforehand, but it appears we had an incorrect telephone number on our system. While your email address was correct, we should have made every effort to contact you using the details we had available, and we're sorry that we didn't do so.
This is certainly not the level of customer service we aim to provide, particularly to loyal customers such as yourself and your family, who have supported us since moving to Lincolnshire.
We value your custom and would welcome the opportunity to put this right. If you're willing, please contact us directly at customerservice@mrtyre.com so we can arrange a new appointment at your convenience and discuss how we can make amends for the inconvenience caused.
