Price and availability. They had the tyre in stock and also beat price in the area. Booked in for a set time and was fitted within thirty minutes which on a Friday afternoon is good going

Very professional

Better than other local garages
Been going to this branch for about 4 years now with mine and my wife's car. After having awful experiences with local garages (lakeside and Kwik fit) - we tried these and haven't gone anywhere else - friendly, honest staff that check in with you regarding possible extra works to be carried out and advise on the best and affordable way to do them. Instead of just doing the work and lumping you with a huge unexpected bill.

Massive thanks to Adrain at redditch branch... he checked an issue on my daughters tyre pressure today as I was worried about her driving distance being a new driver. He even helped me reset it. Very grateful as we just turned up and he sorted it there and then. Much appreciated the service was amazing.

I was charged £49 for my MOT when it…
I was charged £49 for my MOT when it was clearly advertised in the office at £44.95. When I returned the next day the advertising board had been taken down.
