Always had a great experience here. Been at least 8 times over the years Quick efficient, informative. Such genuine and nice guys that work there. Nothing is too much bother. Saved me from having a potentially nasty accident due to a fault too. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Tyre Change
Booked for 1500. Got a call to say they had a cancellation and could i get there earlier. Got there for 1440, straight in and was told would be about 30 minutes which it was. Great service provided, always have and always will use Mr Tyre.

Answered the phone and a prompt appointment was made...
In a day and age where other tyre companies either do not answer their phone, or expect their customers to leave a message on an answering machine, how nice it was to have a friendly person answer the phone at Mr Tyre in Sutton Coldfield. A prompt appointment was made, and a repair of a puncture was undertaken for a very resonable price. Well done!
