I booked online and the tyres had to be ordered in.
They were fitted at the agreed date and time.
I also had a part that required fitting on the underbody that I had ordered from BMW.
The tyre prices and fitting of the underbody cover were good.

Opportunity to book on- line.
Staff were expecting me.
I was given an estimate of an hour’s waiting time - work was completed in this timescale.
A clean, comfortable space for waiting for car to have 4 tyres replaced.

Helpful manager directed me to a service not offered by Mr Tyre but alternative garage repaired car at low cost. All my children's cars have a service and MOT at Mr tyre never had any major issues - work done quickly and reasonable cost when compared to other garages

Same day appointment & even though I messed up the online booking with the wrong size tyres, they still sorted it out when I got there. 2 new front tyres, In & out in 35 minutes. 🙌 great service & cost.

I had a problem with a rear tyre, I phoned up and had a booking for the same day at 12.00pm, took my vehicle in and it was sorted in the matter of half an hour and at a reasonable price, very pleased
