Good communication & a competitive price - highly recommended team

Purchased a 2022 Orbea Laufey through the Cycle²work scheme. Staff were really helpful on the phone and know their stuff. Bike was delivered really quickly and saved me loads of money. The build setup was bang on despite being done remotely. Would recommend and use them again. Initially a little nervous about leaving the deposit but this was returned the same day as delivery.

I recently purchased a Cube eMTB from MTB Monster. I was very happy with the service I received, they gave good communication at all levels. My bike arrived by courier at the pre arranged time and was well packaged. I just had to call them as there were a couple of items in the parts box that I was unsure what they were for. I had a conversation and it was quickly explained to me. I would recommend MTB Monster for buying online

I contacted MTB Monster to get a Whyte 629 sent out to me in Switzerland. Every stage of the process worked seamlessly. They gave me a clear quote, checked in with me on a couple of details of the bikes setup, and got the bike to me quickly and with the Swiss tax payment super easy. The bike arrived set up -I just put a wheel on and straightened the handlebars.

I found MTB Monster online when I noticed the model I was looking for at a good price. I did want to know a bit more so I called the shop and firstly spoke to a very helpful person but as my questions became more technical, I was passed to a technician who was able and willing to help me further. All my questions were answered, I was happy to place the order and once done, I was kept informed every step of the way until my deliver, around 10 days later. Everything has been fantastic, I would definitely be using MTB Monster again.

Great service, and price. Bought online. Fast response to questions and were happy to hold the bike until I got back from holiday. It was delivered the day after I got back. Suspension set-up for my weight and really well packed.

I bought a CUBE Kathmandu 750 step through for wife. The frame sizes tend to be big so you might need a smaller one than you think!

Used this online organisation to purchase a Trek Procaliber 9.6. Just received my Whyte E-505 . My first on-line bike purchase , first E bike and what a great experience !
MTBM have been first class . The price I payed was the cheapest I have seen but the customer service has been top class . My bike arrived into MTBM with transit damage to the forks .Matt contacted me straight away and shared photo's of the damage ,Whyte had no forks and no complete bikes to swap for mine so they authorised MTBM to order an up-spec fork direct from Rock Shox ,the bike arrived with me a few days later ,superbly packaged and expertly delivered by MTBM's excellent courier . Matt had kept me informed of progress and he and the entire team should be praised for their customer handling skills and attention to detail. Matt,thank you for the little extra's in the box ,all very appreciated. Just goes to show ,even though the purchase experience started with a damaged bike and several delays ,it all depends on how the customer is handled as to the final outcome. keeping the customer informed is essential.
