They always do all they can to sort the problem managed to get large discount on new motor they are polite and keep you informed would not go anywhere else

The team at MTB are all awesome. Sorted both my self and Hubby with Emtbs they are all very knowledgable and helped us decide which bikes are best for us. And held them while we sorted the funds. Never rushed and stayed later when we travelled 3hours to collect them

Excellent communications and customer service

Recently ordered an EMTB from MTBMonster.

I asked them several questions over email - always either getting a prompt reply or when they were busier getting an apology mail and a reasonably quick follow up.

After ordering the communication was excellent. The bike was in stock at the supplier but not with MTBMonster. At least once a week I got an email letting me know how my order was progressing and then when it was dispatched from the supplier, recieved by themselves and then set up and dispatched on their courier.

A friend of mine ordered the exact same bike from another shop and it took 6 more days to arrive!

Super happy with both the service and the product.

Would recommend to friends and use again.

I would say that if you’re buying a bike, go and see these people. They are knowledgeable, professional and extremely informative, making the whole experience an absolute pleasure. Nothing was too much trouble and the bike I purchased was very competitively priced. So it’s a big thanks to Matt and the rest of the team.

Price match. Matt offers deal lowest he can go , next day Mtb drops price and he wouldn’t drop price , doesn’t do price match they promise

I was looking for a eMTB from my LBS and noticed that MTB Monster were very competitive on pricing even with a CycleScheme voucher. Throughout the initial enquiry, further questions from me, ordering, and receiving the bike, it has been a pleasure. I say this because MTB Monster have a team that is active on the website to chats, respond to emails promptly. No questions too stupid and answered with speed, and professionalism. I want to say my experience has been top notch and no request of mine was too difficult that MTB Monster couldn't cater for.
