It’s a spam

It’s a spam. I had to pay for the doctor visits and I wasn’t able to get any of my medications. I called them to cancel. I was online with them for the whole day and they told me that they’re gonna call me next day. They came no one called. I called him again and then I think they blocked my number because no one answered. I’m going to change my visa card. I will also send them a letter and keep one for my reference in case if they charge me for anything else.

Bad Communication

Bad Communication - I received an invoice regarding something that should have been paid. I sent a copy to HR, and she CC'd the Representative for E.B. I waited about 1 week, and I also messaged the representative. We still have not received a response.

Their list of providers is not accurate, Caveat Emptor

My Internist and ENT docs were listed as part of the network. Go for my annual physical, had to self-pay. Called multi-plan, their excuse was the list of providers can change. Turns out my ENT's provider didn't take this insurance either, despite being listed in-network (they still are). I called 3 more allergy docs listed on Multi-plan's list of providers, but none of them would accept it. Got to a 4th & was assured over the phone that the network, specific office, and Doc were in-network and I was covered. FIVE friggin months later, they deny the claim & the provider is nailing me for $484. Total ripoff in my opinion.

Not legit

Not legit. It’s a hassle trying to get a refund. The customer service is horrible. They have people to take a payment but none to refund. The whole experience was bad

Overcharged and no refund - 45 days later.

I paid 869.00 for a 90-day health insurance plan on 6/7/23. On 8/7/23 I was charged another $770.00 which they said was for the next 90-days (9/15/23 - 12/15/23). It was mistakenly withdrawn too early but the customer service rep was not sure why - it was set for a 9/3/23 auto withdrawal. I left it that way since I was going to need coverage for 9/16 - 9/30 (then a different new policy would be in place 10/1 through my employer). I was told to call 2 weeks before a cancellation was needed, so I called 9/11/23. 11/9/23, I finally got a call back by using a phone number on their website (not the phone number on the back of the Membership card). They are 'working on it' I was told...

DO NOT BUY HEALTH INS WITH THEM

DO NOT BUY HEALTH INS WITH THEM. They are a ripoff company. its extremely hard for doctor’s offices to verify them because they do not answer their phone & they do not reimburse you when they tell you to pay upfront. They own me $ 1200 for an MRI since June 2023. Its now Oct 2023.

100% SCAM

100% SCAM from the get-go! If you read no further, just know this is not a legit business. The salesperson you speak with to learn the details of the products will ensure that they will be your contact for all of your insurance purposes. For me, it was Amanda at extension *713. After your payment information is taken, you will never speak to her again. You’ll be told going forward by the next person that they will be your associate. So if there were no problems, why would I have been calling back? Well, the card that is emailed to you will have a telephone number on it. When doctors' offices call this number, there is no answer making it impossible for coverage to be verified. Also, you are sold a plan for your prescription drug coverage. Not worth the paper it is written on! She told us that if we have non-generic drugs we'd just have to let them know the specific drug and it would be covered by an adder on your policy. This is simply a discount though. A discount that took a drug price without insurance is $1500 down to $1300! The pharmacist provided information on a program that discounted prescriptions more without coverage than this plan did. When we were canceling this policy, I told a manager about a review I would be leaving regarding this horrific experience, he let me know that he googled our personal business and would be leaving a negative review for it as well!! This person looked at our account and threatened negative reviews. Also, when canceling prior to the first, you are told it's too late to cancel because it isn't five days before the first of the next month. With legitimate insurance policies, the rate is prorated, and a refund is sent. Also, in the beginning, you simply don't know who the coverage is through as nothing you've heard of is listed on the card. I think this is by design, so you read reviews of what you're getting. The cancellation came from Supreme Health Options, but I have also seen International Benefits Administration along with MultiPlan. Run…These policies are of zero value!

Rip off!

Well, what went wrong? I'll start by saying, after signing onto what I thought was an Insurance plan, I quickly discovered it was not that at all. No hospital coverage whatsoever, led to believe there was. What was being offered was not worth the monthly expense. I can walk into any facility on my own for any minor procedures and pay out of pocket and save money. Month after month of premiums are not worth what was being offered. So, I'm very thankful I caught this scam before any real harm was done, I canceled the plan the same day I signed up for it. I called the bank and informed them, I do not want these charges appearing on my credit card. This all happened within the same day. People, please be careful, I thought I was hard to get over on. This guy reeled me in, only because he sent the application through my email without the credit card over the phone. These agents are not above lying, they've been at it for some time.

They lie by letting you think they are selling you full medical coverage

I found there to be too many limitations with Obama Care/Affordable Care Act(ACA). I could not find a plan were all of my doctors were part of.
I figured that 475 a month insurance would be better than the $50 a month ACA account. I spoke with Multiplan and they explained that they sell ACA and external plans. I asked for one that is a PPO and I could see any doctor that I want. Even if they are not in the plan I can send the bill to them and they will pay me back. They didn't explain all of the things it does not cover such as disease treatment, seeing a specialist of any kind. Even worse it limits how many times a year that they would pay for a visit. For me it was 4X a year and 2X a year for a walk in clinic. I started noticing something was wrong when I went to different doctors and they said that they don't take that insurance. I said I'd pay out of pocket and they would re-imburse me. The doctors recommended that I go to places in their plan. Next I needed a specialist and Multiplan said that they don't cover me for that. I asked what if I get a serious disease and they asked me what kind. I rattled off a few diseases and they said they don't cover any disease. I got so upset that they would sell people on this deal knowing that it could be harmful of kill someone because they cant pay for a disaster. I had to calm myself down. I started realizing I don't even have insurance if I was to get sick from yelling at them. I called the representative twice and he never called me back. If you call and ask for a manager they all claim to be a manager and say that my concern will be looked into. I know they don't care. I went back to ACA and found a $50 a month product that includes all of my hospitals and doctors. Stay away from this rip-off place.

I wish there was the option of…having this Company step up to their obligation and provide the health coverage I paid for.

I wish there was the option of assigning ZERO stars to a Company. I purchased health insurance from Sovereign Nations Insurance (SNI). They collected my premium and a couple of months later, I was hospitalized with a life-threatening illness. Was in the hospital for 9-days. The bill was $100,000 for this hospital stay and diagnostic testing. Sovereign Nations denied all but a couple hundred dollars by telling me my plan did not cover diagnostic services, or inpatient hospital services. I PROMISE you I would never have purchased insurance that didn't cover hospital stays. NEVER. I called the Company while in the hospital and they had the audacity to offer to upsell me a more expense package. What? You're denying this stay but telling me you would cover it if I had more expense insurance coverage? Why on earth would I trust that? I wrote a letter to the company, requesting a review of the denial of coverage. No response. I called at least 10 times and on 9 of those times, the representative hung up on me. Not because I was being abusive or using profanity -- but because my questions were too difficult for them to answer. And clearly their representatives have been given a green light to disconnect those calls. Unbelievable. I called the Company a couple of months later, to ENSURE that my follow-up appointments with Mayo Clinic would be covered. I was assured they would be. I just learned two days ago, in a letter from Mayo Clinic, that they've denied those charges. Charges they promised me would be covered. This company is a total scam. Please do not purchase insurance from them. I'm now faced with speaking to bankruptcy lawyers because of the debt and my very stupid decision to purchase this insurance.
