beautiful gift for our granddaughters first birthday .We got an initial welcome discount and it was so easy to order and personalise with a free little gift card included. The product was made of sturdy wood and the pieces decorated beautifully . The delivery service from start to finish was very quick would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is the first time I have used this company and was very impressed. It came to me via a friend’s recommendation. I had an issue with our courier and when I contacted the company not only did they contact the courier firm they also emailed me back with an update. Delighted with the service and will most certainly be using again.

Items out of stock... a week later
Ordered items for my son's birthday 2 weeks in advance with a 3-5 day delivery time. Received a message a week later to say one of the items wasn't available. Customer service was very unhelpful and I had to cancel the order as the items wouldn't have arrived by his birthday. Do not use if you need your items delivered on time (and with time to spare)

We’re extremely sorry to hear about the experience you had with your order, especially as the items were intended for your son’s birthday and you had ordered well in advance.
Having looked into what happened, it appears that the stock levels on our website had unfortunately not updated accurately at the time your order was placed. This meant that an item showed as available when it was no longer in stock, which is why you were only contacted afterwards to advise that we were unable to fulfil it.
We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been, particularly when you had allowed plenty of time for delivery. We’re also very sorry to hear that you felt the service you received did not help to resolve the situation.

Disappointing customer service
I was initially disappointed with my experience with My 1st Years. My parcel was delayed, and unfortunately my first response from customer service didn’t fully address my concerns. I followed up but was then left waiting for a response, which was frustrating.
Thankfully, Shannon from the Customer Service Management Team eventually picked this up and took the time to properly look into my concerns. I’m pleased to say that the matter has now been resolved satisfactorily, and I appreciate the time taken to address my concerns.
The gifts I ordered and received were also lovely and I was really pleased with the quality. Overall, I’m now happy with the resolution and have updated my review to reflect this.

If I’d known that they used Evri for…
If I’d known that they used Evri for their deliveries, I would not have bought from them. It turns out that I am 10 miles away from their warehouse and placed my order on the 10th September, here we are on the 24th and the package has gone missing. So had to go to see the baby with no gift.

Website difficult to navigate when ordering multiple ‘personalised’ items hence incurring a delivery fee amounting to over £55 (I think that’s the figure required for free delivery) when orders were minutes apart .
