Lovely products, beautifully wrapped and quickly shipped. My only recommendation would be for the personalised products. If a child has a very short name (3 letters), it would be nice to make them larger as otherwise they do get a little lost on the gift.

My order came promptly however the 1st year box it was in was badly damaged and unusable. I had to purchase a separate box to put my gift in.
