Great work and supportive

They provide a great work and they are quite supportive.
If the first order is not as good as you expect, they provide a second chance for free.

Excellent company

I ordered a foam insert for my max case. I designed it for microphones as precise as I could. Order processing was fast, designing was easy. Manufacturing time is totally reasonable and considering the value…it is fantastic. The failsafe protection is highly recommended and well worth it. I had to do some changes in the foam, I just sent the foam back, created a corrected design, super easy. I highly recommend the company!

BAD NEWS: Mycasebuilder Is No Longer The Go To Place For Foam Inserts If You're Based In The UK.

BAD NEWS: Mycasebuilder is no longer the go to place for foam inserts if you're based in the UK.

1. They use DHL to ship your parcels. Take a look at their reviews on Trust Pilot. Hermes are doing a better job then those clowns at DHL, if you could believe it.

2.) DHL have jacked up the price of delivery. They call it 'surcharges' because DHL have switched from ground to air shipments. That means for YOU, the consumer, Mycasebuilder will pass those costs on to YOU! Price of delivery went from 16 Euros to 46 Euros.

3.) Custom charges WILL apply to any shipments from the EU!

Yeah, you could well say, "it isn't their fault", BUT, they get one star from me, because I saw all this coming -
I told them repeatedly to ship my order before the new year, and now look - I've been hit with custom charges for an order placed in 2020.

You've been warned folks.

It really hurts us reading you did not experience a great customer experience with us.

Could you provide me with your order number so I can look into this specific case and shipment?
If you were confronted with unexpected extra costs, whatever the cause, we'd like to find a way to compensate and prevent this from happening in the future.

The Brexit indeed brought many new challenges for all.
We are working and have worked many extra hours to keep up with the extra paperwork and new rules applied by the UK government and Customs. We found an excellent partner in DHL in providing information and support. We regret your bad experience with DHL. The extra costs for shipping from the EU to the UK, which is not a member of the EU anymore, are significant.

Unfortunately, the extra costs have surprised you in an unpleasant way.

We really try our best providing all customers with ultra good customer service on a daily base.
We strive to bring you the best in custom foam and service and we are very curious to hear about your experience with the custom case and foam itself, besides the challenging DHL experience.
