1oz Silver Proof Black Swan:
I received the coin today and I couldn’t be more thrilled with it. The packaging was top class and the presentation box is Devine. (Some other proof coins I’ve ordered have arrived in cardboard boxes) To me, that doesn’t encapsulate the whole experience of why I purchase such items. I actually bought this particular coin via a third party company. However, when I contacted My Collectables via phone to ask a few questions about my purchase, the lady on the phone was extremely helpful. She diligently looked up my order and confirmed that they had received it (from the other party) and I’d be sent an email with tracking. I immediately organised an account with My Collectables directly. Up until contacting My Collectables, I hadn’t received any info about my purchase or when to expect it from the third party. I will definitely be using MC directly in future. I even had a little sweet treat of Harribo bears inside the packaging☺️ Thank you for making this (expensive but) worthwhile purchase a delightful experience.

Shipping and packing was great, very pleased with that. But unfortunately they mis-advertised the product by saying that it only had 222 pieces released but discovered that it has 888 released. It makes a big difference.
