My savings account matured 2 weeks ago…
My savings account matured 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for funds to be returned to me. I have called the hotline, to be promised 'today' (nothing happens). When asking to speak to a manager, I was told '2 days call back time'. Not having access to these funds is causing me financial difficulties. I guess my next step is the Financial Ombudsman.....best avoided and stick with a high street bank next time.
