A pleasure to deal with this company
They reply to messages promptly and in a friendly and efficient way. As I live locally I arranged to collect my order from the shop in Llandovery. The staff there were very welcoming, and it was a pleasure to browse in the shop.

Good quality and efficient service .
Lovely products nicely presented and quick turnaround time. The fact that they use Royal Mail for deliveries is areal plus as well- other couriers are not very reliable.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re truly sorry to hear about your disappointment, but we’d like to clarify the situation regarding your order.
According to our records, your package was dispatched via Royal Mail 48 hours on the 20th of January. Their tracking information shows that delivery was attempted on the 22nd and 23rd, but unfortunately, there was no one available to receive it at the time. The package is currently being held at the Cardiff sorting office, awaiting further instructions.
To ensure you can receive your order as soon as possible, you can arrange a re-delivery or collection online here: Royal Mail Re-delivery Request. You will need your tracking number which aw on the order dispatch confirmation, but i will send this to you again via email.
Thank you for your understanding, and we hope this helps resolve the issue quickly.

We went on a weekend break & in the lodge, they had Myddfai in the toilet & shower.
Such a lovely smell, so I ordered the Sea Breeze shampoo & conditioner also the shower wash.
Ordered online, easy to do & arrived a few days later. Since then I have ordered the ltr bottles in both, so I never run out.

Beautiful, Luxury Soaps
I received the soaps I ordered in good time. They were packaged well in biodegradable packaging. The soaps were even better quality than I had expected and they smell gorgeous. The perfect treat for the New Year.

Fantastic products
Fantastic products. First tried when we had a holiday in wales in a little cottage. Fell in love with the smell first. Other candles and room sprays give me headaches, but these are lovely. Hand soap and moisturiser are gorgeous.

A wonderful shopping experience.
First of all, the beautiful aroma lured me into the shop and the manager was very welcoming and helpful to me in choosing a suitable gift. I already knew of the legend of the physicians of Myddfai and he gave me more information on the subject. I was very impressed to learn that the company employs people with autism and learning difficulties and it was clear that the manager knew the products well and was keen to tell me of the quality ingredients.
What a lovely shopping experience, it was so good that I went back 30 minutes later to buy more products.

We’re committed to eco-friendly packaging, so I’m glad you asked! What you’ve described as polystyrene is actually a starch-based material that’s 100% biodegradable and compostable. You can even dissolve it under running water! We also reuse and shred any cardboard we receive to create eco-conscious, protective packaging.
