My experience with My Green Lighting has been excellent from start to finish. I found the website easy to use, quickly found the product I wanted, and when there was a problem with my delivery Kate was quick to respond and extremely helpful. It was so reassuring to know that I could speak to somebody directly. Highly recommend.

Bought a side light at £108, cracked when switched on - asked for a refund and was told that I would need to pay to return the light.
The company offered to replace the part but why would I want to keep an item that broke straight away.

If I could rate My Green Lighting zero stars I would. I placed an order and prior to placing the order I was told by a representative that I would be guaranteed next day delivery if I placed the order before a certain time frame. They claim that they never said that and they don't record calls. My item was delayed and they even shared fabricated information that they claim was from the courier. I spoke directly with the courier who confirmed that what I was told was nonfactual. When I saw other reviews, I believed that this was a solid, well-trusted company. Would not recommend purchasing from My Green Lighting as they lack in service and accountability. Please avoid at cost of disappointment.

I originally bought a couple of light bulbs but found out I chose the incorrect fitting (the packaging for the bulbs was brilliantly packed, no worries they'll break at all!). I spoke to customer service team and they have been so helpful with the refund and also finding a selection of the correct bulbs I could use and also explaining the pros/cons to different lumens, sizes, specific to my uses. I couldn't ask for better service and will be highly recommending them over Amazon/any other company. Extremely impressed with the care they take with every query I had (I had a lot!) 5* company!

I had a faulty light fitting and thought it was the tubes, so I ordered some from My Green Lighting. When I received them it turned out it was the fitting itself which was faulty and that fitting is no longer made. When I contacted My Green Lighting they agreed to take them back for a full refund which was processed very quickly.

I had ordered four under cabinet lights and one casing had a mark. The communication with the help desk was excellent. They sent a replacement within three days. Very good service! Good quality of the under cabinet lights.

Purchased a light fitting at a very good price. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing problem with the light. Contacted My Green Lighting who were exceptionally helpful and arranged a new and fully checked item to be sent to me. Good traditional style of service

I purchased some new led under kitchen cabinet lights from my green lighting, on the Saturday, my parcel arrived at my preferred address on Wednesday--when I was able to go through my items at the weekend, I realised I needed to order a few more items, they were also promptly delivered to me within 48hrs.
All now working perfectly.

I had a small problem with an Emergency LED Light kit I purchased from MGL , the retaining arms were missing, I emailed MGL and they immediately contacted their supplier, who then immediately sent out a replacement that I received the very next day.
Extremely impressed with their MGL's response and quick action and to their suppliers with their prompt action at resolving the issue. Gold Stars to both companies. Thank You.

Have purchased previously without any problems

Whilst I was searching for some replacement fluorescent tubes, I came across mygreenlighting who were able supply an LED equivalent at an extremely excellent price and delivered in only a couple of days.
All fitted and working in only an hour! Very pleased with the results.

Got what I requested online,well packaged arrived as scheduled fitted and working .Seamless service very pleased.

I ordered two fluorescent tubes on Friday last week. I had tried another supplier and they were worse than useless. The tubes arrives the following day - Saturday - very well packed, and they were just the job !
I haven’t placed an order with My Green Lighting before but I will do so agsin.

Avoid.
I ordered 2 lights for my new kitchen.
The sent me one envelop with 2 different boxes inside and only one was complete. The second had only cable and fixture. They "forgot" the actual light.
When I contacted them, they called me a liar.

Since my retail outlet closed I have been looking to find Integral lamps without success. A short internet search took me to 'My Green Lighting' and they came up trumps. They seem to stock everything and more. I didn't make a price comparison beforehand but they are surely quite cheap - how do they do it? So pleased with the rapid delivery of the 5 lamps I ordered and I will be a returning customer. Thank you.

There was a crack in the ring which fits around the base of the lantern of the outside lamp. My Green Lighting responded immediately and replaced the ring at once. Excellent service and it wasn’t their mistake that there was a fault.
