Hard to find a rewirable cable end C8 type connector which they have and the only place I could find such an item.

I always get good service from My Green Lighting. Not only this, the oven lights lasted a zillion times longer than the ones I got from the supermarket or the local shops. So you can see, this is a plus and very energy efficient. I would rather wait until I have a bundle to buy rather than pop to the local shops.

Bulb a perfect fit and works fine. Luckily I was able to check it was a bulb and not a fitting fault as I have 2 the same size (20W T4 flourescent). Reasonable price, quick dispatch although the Post Office were a little slow getting them here, but I guess the Queen's funeral/Bank Holiday didn't help.

I ordered some bulbs yesterday afternoon and they arrived this morning. Very easy website to find what I wanted. Kept informed all the time. Will definitely use again.

Bought a few lights from them over the last year or two. Unfortunately one developed a fault after 6 months or so. Really slick returns process, quick, free and instructions were clear. Replacement sent within 48 hours with no quibbles. Very impressed.

Never had a bad experience. Allways got what I wanted, on time, mostly early. Can't fault em. Genuinely impressed. Used quite a few times now. Highly recommended. 👍👍.

This is probably one of the worst customer consumer experiences regarding returns of faulty items ever experienced, they simply denied the item was faulty and just kept the item and only gave a partial refund after claiming their freepost fee back. I never asked for a refund and requested a replacement but their actions forced me to purchase the same item because it was 1 of 10 lamps and had to match. Reading other trustpilot reviews regarding returns it seems others have had a similar bad experience.

Shocking customer service, unfairly charged for “damaged packaging” upon return. This packaging was not damaged it merely had a returns label stuck to the package.

Extremely unhelp at returning goods
After several orders the spec was changed leaving me with fittings i didnt need
Although it was outside the 14 days i would have excepted them to refund a percentage of the cost
Wouldn't ever talk about it
