Zero customer service

As below really - watch arrived damaged and packaged badly (as in, I can't get it out without causing further damage) and absolutely no response from their customer services team. Check their Facebook and you'll see hundreds of identical complaints - wish I'd had the foresight to.

Awful product

Awful product. Do NOT buy their watches.
My first watch from them was a lemon. They replaced it.
The second watch was a lemon . They replaced it.
The third watch was a lemon and they would not replace it.
Three watches that all failed miserbly. Three strikes and they are out.

Spend the extra money for an Apple watch instead. Better quality product and better customer service. That will be my next smartwatch.

Pas bien du tout...

très mauvais fabricant avec un SAV inexistant ne répond absolument pas aux mails avec produit défectueux et supprime systématiquement sur leur site via logiciel du smartphone tous les avis qui peuvent sembler un temps soit peu négatif je déconseille très fortement d'acheter les produits chez mykronoz

This has to be the worst product I have…

This has to be the worst product I have ever purchased, the set up process is unbelievably difficult and takes more than an hour to complete, the charger is very sporadic, I had to use a clamp to hold it in place, they sent me a new charger which took weeks to arrive but it was just the same . The watch is slow to react and every time you put it on charge you have to go through the ridiculous process of resetting the time.
The only thing this company is interested in is how much money they raised through crowd funding ,try spending some of it on the product and development.

Plagued with problems, terrible service

My fiancée and I both got a watch, multiple watch bands, and two chargers from this company. I have a rose gold watch band that I never wear anymore because it turns my wrist green, and my leather watch strap broke the first week I wore it. My fiancées watch had the sensor fall out the back, and his watch band unclicks when he moves his wrist, and one of our chargers stopped working entirely. Both of our watches and chargers are under warranty, and although they promised to send a new one, they have changed their minds and we have been going back and forth for TWO MONTHS trying to get this dealt with... and still nothing.

Aside from that, the watch counts sleep time as time off your wrist or on the charger (so my sleep count it never accurate), it constantly drops from Bluetooth so much that I had to turn the vibrate notifications off on my watch, and the OS is just not that great. I love the look of the watches, but we have been plagued with so many problems with both of our watches, had terrible customer service, and would therefore recommend that you buy almost anything else. I previously had a old fit bit, and it worked so much more reliably than this, so steer clear of you want something that works.

If it were possible to give no stars I would. I sent in a support ticket on the 18th May 2018 asking for help with my faulty watch. They responded on the 22nd June 2018 saying they don't support products sold by retailers.

Please be careful of this company as they don't seem to have any phone number and zero customer service.

Fortunately I was able to return it to TK Maxx for a refund

Product not yet developed into maturity

I have a Zeround 2 HR. There are a lot of bugs in the software. Sleep tracking does not load to the phone. Actvitiy results are not uploaded automatically. The watch often looses connection with the phone, despite being nearby. It has improved over time, but performance is still below average. The Dutch translation is a google translate result, wich gives hylarious texts.
The good news: calling with the watch is working fine and the watch survived being under the shower. This is why I bought the watch for. Also the looks is great and the strap very practical.

The support is very fast, respons 12 min after submitting a request and comes with a solution that enables me to ordre a new wristband on the webshop fro free. :)

Køb aldrig et produkt hos MyKronoz. Det er defekte ure og der er ingen respons fra dem når man skriver til dem.

Never buy a product at MyKronoz. There are defective clocks and there is no response from them when writing to them.

Poco seri e non applicano la garanzia.MA SI SONO RIFATTI SUBITO

Comprato 2 orologi a ottobre, dicembre si è staccata la parte posteriore in tutti e due, probabilmente il surriscaldamento nelle fasi di ricarica deteriora la plastica del fondo, Scritto al centro assistenza. Non si sono fatti sentire e non si riesce a contattare. Procederò con l' associazione consumatori per far valere i 2 anni di garanzia.

Do not deal with this company!

Do not deal with this company! I ordered three watches as a backer of their ZeTime project on Kickstarter. Not only have they failed to deliver them, they also refuse to respond to any communication or give any idea when or even if my watches will be delivered.
I don’t know whether this is due to total incompetence or it is a scam, but there appears to be a lot of people in the same position.
It looks as though I have written off over £200 with them.
Din’t Fall into the same trap.

Rogue company. Stay clear!

I backed their ZeTime watch on Kickstarter. They gave a lot of promises on when it would be delivered of which none has been met. Apart from a truckloads of excuses, their communication is abysmal. No recent updates and they do not respond to their customer's questions or complaints.

The tracking numbers provided provided after they claimed it was shipped shows no activity so perhaps the shipping is by boat or horse and carriage?
To make things worse the have been able to ship watches to Amazon where you can actually buy them with next day delivery. This shows an enormous lack of respect for the backers funding the development.

ZEFIT aktivitets tracker

Den 21. Juli 2017 købte jeg en Zefit aktivitets tracker via Vupti.dk.
Set up og synkronisering af tid osv. Skal ske via deres app. Hvilket jeg gjorde og downloadede også deres software, som de anbefalede.
Alligevel fik jeg set up failed via app.
jeg kontaktede derfor deres support via deres hjemmeside, som sendte mig link til download af deres software.
Jeg forklarede, at det ikke var en løsning da jeg allerede havde gjort det.
De oplyste mig, at de ikke kunne stå inde for hvorvidt deres udstyr var kompatibel med min Bluetooth på min Samsung tlf.
Jeg oplyste, at så måtte jeg returnerer deres varer, da jeg ikke kunne bruge det.
De henviste mig så til at prøve en af deres andre produkter 😣.
Pga. Manglede tillid og deres dårlige håndtering( manglende løsning) af min support henvendelse har det ikke min interesse.
