At least Nectar points are worth something even though the Mail kept coming up with ways to give you less. Are these raffle tickets worth anything at all or are they just a Mail confidence trick?

Well each new innovation on this has made it worse. Won’t bother with it anymore, nor I suspect will thousands more. Serve them right.

The last three times I have tried to enter my unique number I got the respones, 'failed to process Unique Number request for unknown reason. Please try again shortly.' so 3 papers with no unique number that works!
emailed the complaint link but no response.

World's worst secret - no more Nectar points after 14th September. You can forget about the raffle replacement as well - better luck with premium bonds - have these people got nothing better to do than tinker around?

Spin the Wheel'! - an "exciting" (if you are a child) game... It seems like almost very time I spin the wheel & see it stop on "2" and I feel extremely annoyed.
The last four spins, I had ‘2’ points three ties. YES THREE TIMES and a FOUR. Why not any other numbers, including an eight other even a ten? the Daily Mail is taking us for a ride, as we used to get ten points every time. Stop giving points with the mail if you must - ever since Nectar began it's been a case of how to award fewer & fewer points. Readers are worth more than this?

People complain about spin the wheel, I spin it every day and I collect 2,4, 6 or even more points, for filling it in every day I also get 300 extra points a month. Check your points on nectar.com not in the mail account.

Not the first time I've chased for latest rewards. Turnaround time is advised when contacting at 48-72 hours.

Been a week since you confirmed I'm eligible and asked what card I wanted on one. Second one, has been three days since first email and no reply.

Chasing firstly is bad as they almost never get sent automatically, then slow replies is even worse. Don't have this issue with viucheror vouchercodes.

What's worse is you can't chase any email as they operate a system that pushes new emails to the bottom, despite already having a ticket number. So you have to wait. Surely if you have a reference, your emails should be dealt with first. They do this to avoid you chasing, due to slow response times.

Hook you in with best deals, and then mess you around.

In a way I was pleased to see that many other people are having the same experience as me as I thought I must be doing something wrong. For days it hasn’t processed my numbers.

With the Daily Mail's recent price increase you would have thought they could leave the Nectar points alone. This paper regularly prints stories on the evils of gambling, then starts 'Spin the Wheel'! - an "exciting" (if you are under 5yrs of age) game... Clearly in order to hand out fewer points! I've tried different browsers and cleared the respective cache.
Spin the wheel, when it did work, only gave low nectar points. To me this is the Dail Mail reducing the amount of Nectar Points it gives out. At least you got a regular 10 points on the old system.

The unique numbers cannot be processed since Saturday regardless of how I try. And as for the lucky spin, the aggregated numbers values actually give less than previously. Who is this concept "lucky" for then?!

Not renewing my Daily Mail subscription, spin the wheel a waste of time with much fewer points.

Anyone have any idea why nectar points and spin the wheel are not working? Been trying for about 6 days and all it says is 'unable to load, please try later'

Spin to Win does not work most of the time. I have lost so many numbers because the website does not work most of the time. So disappointing, I guess you want us all to go digital, but I have read the Daily Mail for many year's and enjoy having it in paper form. Still a great paper as far as I am concerned, but Spin to Win is a big mistake.

I wouldn't even give this one star. What brain-dead idiot thought of this?! Drop this barren, unintelligent idea AT ONCE!! It is certainly GOODBYE, Daily Mail, from this stupid 'notion' from me. I D-0-N-T C-A-RE anymore whether I collect points! A complete swindle. Pointless, ah, yes, that's a good word! for this inane notion!

Website doesn't work. Can't enter numbers. Even if I could, benefits are now so diluted, not worth doing. Will be cutting up my Nectar card as well.
