Absolute shambles. Ignore emails without justification. Avoid Mark and this team.

I have worked with this company for many years. I have found them to be easy to work with and Mark has always been available to speak to if I need to. I was quite surprised to read some of the reviews on here from someone who clearly got things wrong and wasn’t paid as a result. I have recommended others to work with this company all of whom have been very happy. In short I highly recommend this company and look forward to continuing to do so for many years.

I have just signed up with this company. The process was straightforward and logical. I will update this review after I have completed my first evaluation.

I've been working for MCE for several years now and have always had a great relationship. The briefs are clear and the payment is excellent. Also, the staff are honest and professional as well as being really helpful over any briefs issues. Most importantly, payment is always made on time!

Disappointed - Mystery Customer Australia. I have applied for a few of assignments, some of which are restaurants. But because I haven’t done enough reports or some of the less fancy assignments I have not been selected. But I only found this out when I rang - so a lot of wasted time.
Anyway, told to do more of the smaller assignments - have applied for these but still no joy or response.
Was hoping to make this a serious hobby, but obviously not.

Worse company ever . Not legit at all. I have spent my whole time sending an email and calling to all the Vodafone,Telstra and Optus shops that they made available that there are "mystery customer" scam going on

System provides dates available to do assignment. The staff say they cannot change available dates but have the time to alter the brief. Hypocritical?. They also say that they dont provide feedback on reports. When a shopper is confident nothing is wrong with a report and the staff say they don't give feedback on reports. It's pretty obvious that they are withholding money from shoppers and probably pocketing it themselves.

Very dishonest, unprofessional and unreliable company. If I could give a review of 0 they would be worthy of that score. Avoid working with this dishonest company.
