Superb garage, helpful, friendly and professional, very knowledgeable.

Used the branch in Kidderminster and I can't fault them. Best price around and no hanging about, in and out in 20mins.

Easy to use website. The two lads in the workshop were excellent, very friendly and efficient. Offered advice for future tyre and brake repairs, which we will have done.

National tyres at Kidderminster are superb.

Visited the Kidderminster branch on bank holiday Monday for a repair on a slow puncture. Mark and his colleague-despite being very busy-were friendly, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable. All in all, first class service.

Excellent experience,visited tyre depot,spoke to manager who advised me to order online ,this was really easy and enabled me the fix date and time of fitting.

Always very happy with the customer service I get from the staff I went into the Kidderminster branch a while ago with a knocking sound from underneath my car the staff found out the problem,because my car was still under warranty mark the manager spoke to the garage where I bought my car from and told them what the problem was so I took it back all sorted, and recently had a puncture it was repaired in no time Always happy with the service will always use the Kidderminster branch thank you 👍

Just booked mobile fitter for 4 new tyres.
Webpage easy to use - managed to get first date for fit.
Lad that fitted- phoned prior to arrival.
Nice young lad ! Did job - raised a slight issue(broke tyre sensor) and said to contact if warning light comes on. It did, contacted and he organised replacement a fitted following day.
No complaints from me.

ALTHOUGH when I rang customer service about my order … the lad who answered sounded dead miserable and uninterested !
But I won’t use this against the hard work the fitter did.

Easy to book online, and also when I went to the garage they served me straight away and gave a really good discount and were done in a few hours.

Great fast service from mark and grant, would reccomend.
