Great service and they delivered what they promised.

The chair is great and was delivered promptly. Only problem was that I was not expecting to have to assemble it and struggled to get some of the screws in. I'm not as agile as I was when younger (Now 80). Advert should say it's self assembly.

First class company providing excellent service and response. A small issue we had with an item was dealt with efficiently and with a very friendly service.

Having ordered a new office table and 6 chairs set, it arrived precisely on time (when stated) and the driver was brilliant and so polite. When putting the chairs together we noticed a snag on the material on the back of one of the chairs. We contacted the company via email and within minutes we had a reply apologising for the fault and advising us that a new back was being sent out immediately. The email copied in the transport supplier who then contacted us within minutes advising which day and time it would be delivered.

It arrived within 2 days via DPD carrier.

The delivery was excellent, i had to good out on my original delivery day but they where so helpful in helping to organise an alternat delivery for the same week, the office furniture came well packed and the delivery men had not qualms about placing it where i wanted it, that flat pack desk had easy to assemble instructions, after putting it together the desk and drawer unit make a superb addition to my home office, i will definitely buy from them again if i need more furniture,

Had to put a cupboard together with doors...terrible instructions. Tiny drawings with minimal detail. Can't understand why the company do not produce better quality instructions to match their quality products. Defies belief really.

Advertising fast delivery but in reality it was very slow. Asked about next-day service and they said it would need to come on a pallet with a £200 extra charge. I said no we will just have to wait another week.

It turned up and to my surprise, it was just 3 boxes not overly big so no idea why a pallet Service would be needed.

The table and chairs are as expected. One chair has damage to the mesh from rubbing in the box buy the looks of it as they were not very well packed in the box.

Second purchase from NOFS and again I am really pleased with the product and the customer service is always fantastic. I had an issue with my headrest on the chair I bought, but a new one was sent out without quibble and I just think thats brilliant service, Sam is great to deal with :)
