Efficient, good fitters, Salesman was a bit glib. I didn't realise that an electric awning was so expensive, even with the 28% discount given. However, I am pleased with the final product, and it was very welcome in the heatwaves.

A really good experience from initial enquiry to installation. Everything explained clearly by Russell, when he came to talk me through it. The measuring up was carried out within a week, followed by the installation within the time scale estimated. A great job carried out by Barry & Ross, who cracked on & finished the installation within two hours. Thanks so much guys!

The two men that came to fit our awning, were very thorough in their work. After fitting the awning, they tidied up & cleaned away any mess.
Then explained how to use the electric awning, & also about the wind fan.
We are extremely pleased with their work.
Also have had a lot of comments on how nice it looks.

Barry & Ross arrived on time, they got straight to work installing my awning and had it up and wired in no time at all ! Tidy, polite & friendly men.

Like the product very much.

However, the company is reluctant to provide drawings or survey measurements of the product for the customer to check or understand. By comparison if you bought a new kitchen from a company you would have a layout with detailed measurements. Therefore, they need to improve on this.

The posts need to be longer below finished ground level to allow the drainage pipe to have sufficient cover.

Communication was good. My expectations were managed. The blinds were ready for installation several weeks earlier than had been estimated. The installation was smooth, the guys polite and friendly, and they cleaned up after themselves too.

The whole process was professional and friendly from the initial quotation through to the survey and final installation. We had a classic verandah with lighting and an underblind. The structure is well-engineered and sits well with our property. The blind works smoothly and retracts in to its discreet cassette and has proved a godsend during the recent Summer weather.
Can't speak highly enough of the installation team who worked during the heatwave in very challenging conditions but still completed the project to a high standard. Would happily recommend Nationwide Home innovations, we are very pleased with the finished installation!

It was a very hot day when the awning was being installed but Rhys and Dean were absolutely great from start to finish. They left everywhere spic and span before they left and we are very happy with the awning especially in this hot weather. It looks beautiful.

A huge thank you to Harry, Matt, Andy & Sam for installing our veranda. They worked really hard and were very professional throughout the day.
They did an amazing job and everything is perfect. We are so pleased with our new outdoor space and the service from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommend.

Expect delivery vagueness from the salesman, and expect to wait for the surveyor to finalise actual details.
Having said that the product is excellent quality.
The 2 fitters were a delight to have at our home, polite, extremely professional and fitted the electrically operated awning very quickly.

Work was carried out to a high standard and fitters were friendly and pleasant, and any rubbish was all cleared up.

We had 2 Recieffe awnings installed yesterday by Mark and Harry who did a great job despite the 30 plus degrees heat! They were polite and friendly. They talked through what they were doing regarding our installation and gave an option about our electrical cable positioning that was an improvement on what the surveyor had suggested. Our overall experience of Nationwide, from the rep Barry, the showroom staff and the installers has been very good so far. The awnings look fabulous and helpful with the heatwave weather. We hope that the reputation of their quality stands the test of time.
