This place is so fabulous. It has a large amount of light by being a corner unit and an unbelievable view looking at the mountains and down to Crowley lake. Everything in the condo is great from the newer furniture to the very well appointed kitchen to the wonderful beds with luxury pillows and comforters. This place was great for a summer visit, especially with the new barbecue grill on the deck and with such great views. It was fun hiking around on the ski trails that are right there. It would be fantastic for winter as it is truly ski in ski out being located on the edge of the Bridges ski run.

This condo was everything we had hoped it would be! Based on several past experiences with other rentals - this was the best we have ever had in truth in advertising. It was exactly as pictured in every way - beautiful new modern interior, amazing huge outdoor deck on the top level, views were great plus all restaurants and shops downtown were only a short walk away. Perfect location to make the most of our Glacier National Park week! Did several fantastic activities in GNP, then came back to relax and enjoy the hot tub and visit exciting, fun restaurants. We definitely selected the best way to stay in Whitefish and maximize our time for the best experience possible.

Most of the times the pictures of rentals are better than the property actually is but not the case here. The condo was even better than the pictures. It was beautifully decorated, great hot-tub, large closet with plenty of hangers, and very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything you could need and unlike a lot of condos we’ve stayed in they had plenty of supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, washing machine pods etc). Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!

By far, the most comfortable, beautiful and scenic vacation home we have ever experienced and we have stayed at several. We will be back. We made wonderful memories here with our family and that is what life is about. Thank you Boulder home owners and Natural Retreats for making this vacation so epic for our family. One recommendation to guests, turn front yard pathway lights on in the evenings. They do not come on automatically and it’s very dark. Our adult son took a heck of a spill one evening on the one step.

Clean, beautiful, relaxing. Ever bathroom had a little care packet. Dish soap and even Laundry soup. Best experience ever

Only downside is the WiFi. If you need service for work meetings ect…. You’ll have to go down the hill to town or pool area. WiFi was not strong ( Maybe look into Starlink )

Everything, from beginning to end, was perfect for us.

Absolutely wonderful stay in Big Sky. The home was more stocked than we anticipated! Very close to local hiking and only an hour from Yellowstone. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub was a great option at the end of a long day. I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Wonderful stay! This was such a welcoming and comfortable condo in a perfect location in Park City. The space was well-equipped, clean, modern, and quiet, with tons of great restaurants and shops just outside the entrance. It was an ideal home base for relaxing between explorations of the area!

Beautiful home! Great location. VERY close to town. Parking was easy on the streets nearby… we didn’t even use the garage! Hot tub was perfect right outside the door and the decks gets morning soon which made for glorious mornings. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! One note… the bedrooms have thick curtains instead of doors (I’m guessing it’s for code reasons) but that didn’t bother us! Enjoy!

Excellent communication prior to arrival, we were met on time for check in and received information prior to check out. Very easy to deal with and professional.

We loved this property! It was a perfect place to stay for our family of four. It was very clean, comfortable, well appointed, and stocked with everything you could possibly need.

We had a wonderful weekend with family. We love the cabin! We come to the same cabin every year, it feels like coming home. Everything is very comfortable. Some of the family went skiing, the little children played in the snow and went tubing. We love to go down to Truckee and wander around and have lunch! Nature Retreats was very responsive to any issues if they arise. Our favorite place for our family to come every year! We will be coming back next year!

Our annual family ski trip was completely tarnished due to severe mismanagement by Natural Retreats. The home had extensive issues...mold & unclean linens (filthy bath mats, stained towels). Broken & missing amenities (no hot water in 3/5 bathrooms, broken steam shower, unusable gas fireplace, no grill gas, garbage disposal out of order). Filthy & poorly maintained home (thick dust, dirt behind doors, broken handles, door framing damage). I had to drive all recovery processes...their guest relations is zero. Truly disappointing. It felt like I was bothering them to get anything done!

Was charged $1,497 for pre-arrival cleaning services. Garage was flooded, BBQ not cleaned in months, hair in the master shower, master bed not set and so on. To avoid confusion, homeowner spent a fortune on the property ("Inspiration Point 14A" in Big Sky), but the management company is failing to properly service the property. If you're a homeowner, think twice which management team to hire.

Horrible! Lines kept stating operators are busy and would get back to us. I would be very cautious of going through this agency!

This company has no idea how to manage properties. We rented a house in Sun Valley, ID only to have maintenance and landscape trucks show up two days in a row (out of 5) and start spraying pesticides and doing landscaping while we were trying to enjoy the property. I called the manager and they said they had no idea anyone was scheduled to come. This is a HUGE security concern for renters. Unknown people can just show up pretending to be staff and this is how robberies happen. Not to mention we did not appreciate having to curtail our breakfast because pesticide was being sprayed all over the patio. The house had scalding hot water that we had to figure out how to turn down to prevent injuries. Flickering lights. Rock hard old mattresses with old pillows and a broken clothes dryer. For $2500/night I expected a very different experience for my 40th birthday. I have rented many homes throughout the years and I am thoroughly disappointed in this experience and would NEVER book any property under this company again.

I booked a property with Natural Retreats. It stated that there was a NO CANCELLATION policy, so non-refundable the day I signed the contract and paid in full. Shortly before we were to stay at the property, I received a phone call from this company saying there was a mistake with the booking and THEY needed to cancel. They offered 1 alternate place which was NOT as comparable or suitable. The only other choice we had was to allow THEM to cancel so we could get a full refund..without penalty..which made me laugh out loud! :(:(
I guess the non-cancellation policy only pertains to the Lessee not the lessor.
Because of the very short notice, we had to scramble to find another place. There were very few choices left and it ended up costing us significantly more. Future renters should be aware of the unreliability and untrustworthiness of this agency. When I complained to them, they stated that it says in their policy that they are allowed to do this. It's unethical and unacceptable and there are absolutely no consequences or accountability on their part!
