The cabins were very clean. The view from our cabin 37 was beautiful. Natural Retreats stayed in contact with us via text and email. We didn’t have any issues, but if we did I felt comfortable knowing who to contact.

I love booking through Natural Retreats. It is easy and the staff is so very friendly and helpful. They send reminders and call to check to see if you have questions. The only thing I would like to mention about our last cabin is there wasn’t enough toiletries. I understand them not having enough for the whole stay but there could have been a little more.

The Cottages have been remodeled with quality materials and fixtures. Everything is tasteful and comfortable.
The kitchen was well stocked with very good utensils and appliances.
Not only that, but there were ample kitchen cleaning products and excellent toiletries.

We had several communications with the staff and were impressed by the timely responses and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

The home and the area were beautiful. From the beautiful bathrooms (I know what a weird thing to compliment but they really were the best part about the home; heated toilets, rainfall shower, big jet bathtub with heated towel racks) the whole place was cozy and positioned to overlook a beautiful view of a little stream/pond area with snow capped mountains that the many windows displayed wonderfully in the mornings. It was very clean upon arrival (aside from the carpet in the living room possibly needing a deep clean after the season but that's expected in these high volume homes)
The porch overlooking all of this was also lovely and had ample outdoor seating for us. Loved the updated and surprisingly varied cooking and serving options as we cooked every day. It's location is only about an hour to Denver and within walking distance to the ski slopes and some cute shops and cafes for the coffee lovers.

This was my third stay in Cabins 13. The property was wonderful. It has underground(covered) parking, a well stocked kitchen (plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc...). Comfortable beds, a nice living room, quiet at night.

I'll be back :)

Lovely surroundings for a wedding. The ladies who coordinated it did a very professional job and were very practiced. Flowers were fresh and well arranged. Very helpful and friendly staff. Food was good and plentiful. Thanks very much.

Natural Retreats Cancelled our reservation within 60 days of Thanksgiving vacation booking... "full refund"... but they had Deposit for 6 monrhs plus had charged full rental Balance... We have 14 family members with flights from many states and out of the country... merely a "sorry.. this can happen"...they had no other option for us. I was told via a telephone call that the "owner was no longer renting the property".. That was untrue as, with a little research, I found the same property listed with another company... and available for our booking dates (for alot more $$).. It seems that Natural Retreats had violated the "minimum rent" agreement with the owners so they removed the property. Please be aware that this company does NOT guarantee that you will have a place to stay... While they will keep your $$ if YOU cancel within 60 days of reservation... You merely get your funds that they have charged returned & have no vacation place to stay .. you are on your own... This was a very large home... impossible to "book another" when such a short time/notice and over a popular holiday... worst experience in my life with a vacation rental. BEWARE.

Spending time at Serendipity with friends was like spending time in paradise. The home is lovely, spacious, clean, and well equipped with all the necessary conveniences. The porch was a beautiful spot to just sit and enjoy the day. Only 1/2 block from the beach located in a quiet, private community. We all had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

The cabin was very nice and spacious, we stayed in Simply Breathtaking #36. 1br 3 full baths! Very well equipped with daily needs for cooking. Beautiful views of the mountains from the deck. Perfect balance of seclusion and distance between main attractions. The reason for only 4 stars is 1) Brothers Cove area itself had 0 amenities aside from the pool which is obviously seasonal. No hiking trails, fishing holes etc. 2) No driveway for parking, we had to park on the side of the road in front of our cabin on a bit of a slope 3) most important… though the cabin was nicely decorated, not one piece of furniture was comfy to sit or sleep on. We literally had to move the mattress to the floor just for better support! When we moved the mattress we seen that they tried by putting wooden slats under the mattress but it was def not enough! I can live with the first two points but that furniture was a huge pain point for us. Vacation is supposed to be relaxing and we went home with our backs and bodies sore.

We had a great weekend stay. I received several text with information prior to my stay. The day of my stay I received updates when my cabin was ready to check in. I was able to make payments for several months in advance instead of paying all upfront. We enjoyed all the shops and entertainment that is close. Great first vacation for us together. We will be returning

Natural Retreats was exceptional to work with for our vacation to Taos NM. The advertisement for the studio was exactly what we saw in the pictures when we arrived. They sent a welcome email the week of vacation in addition to a representative contacting me 2 days before arrival to make sure we had any questions.
The studio was clean, kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, coffee maker ( even a package of ground coffee that lasted several days). Games and books.
Double stacked washer/dryer and laundry soap.
plenty of paper towels/toilet paper/Kleenex boxes throughout the studio.
Comfortable bed and pillows..oh did I mentioned the stunning view from the windows when you wake up or go to sleep!
Outside was a little stone path to a seating area with a propane fire pit.

The home was perfect! Very clean and the views were unbeatable! Can't wait to come back to Taos

We rented this unit in Mammoth for 5 friends attending the Mammoth Gran Fondo bicycle event. The reservation process was seamless, the unit was very well equipped--full kitchen, jacuzzi, fireplace, lots of room for guests... The unit was clean, spacious, and had great views. The only issues included broken outside window and broken front door.

A view to remember is the perfect title for the cabin we stayed in. From the minute we arrived we were captivated by the view, which could easily be enjoyed anytime of day sitting in the comfortable rockers or at night in the hot tub. We did purchase a small citronella candle to set between us as the mosquitos were also a fan of the porch. The best part of waking up in the morning was the view was the first thing you saw when you sat up in bed from the upstairs loft. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed from dishes to the sealed boxes with dishwasher and laundry pods and toiletries. The cabin was secure and easy to enter and lock when we left. Very quiet secluded house while also being very close to everything. Zip lining, river tubing, alpine coasters, pigeon forge and gatlinburg were all within 30 min drive. My only warning would be to motorcyclist, as the road up to the house is narrow, steep and the driveway is loose rock and gravel it was a little tricky getting the bike up and down. We came down to take a ride on the tail of the dragon which was a short ride away via the gorgeous foothill parkway. Short ways past the dragon we hopped on the cherohala skyway. The scenery is breathtaking and our stay at A view to remember was so convenient for everything wanted to do! Would definitely stay there again!

We recently rented a lovely home on St. Helena Island, SC. through Natural Retreats. This is our third time renting through this organization. The home was fabulous, very well-appointed, and comfortable. During our week-long stay, we also had to deal with Hurricane Idalia. The communication with Natural Retreats on what to do and how this would affect our stay was spot on. Based on this communication we knew exactly what would happen and what to do. We will use Natural Retreats in the future to book our vacation homes above all other platforms available.

Very clean, comfortable, well appointed, and great for relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and were delighted with the cleanliness and well stocked kitchen (blender, coffee grinder, gas stove, convection oven, microwave, stove top espresso maker, as well as a nice coffee machine). Was a big plus to have a washer/dryer in unit, as well as the dishwasher. Looking forward to staying again!

They were very professional and helpful in assisting us in planning our Tybee Island Ga. vacation. Everything was just as described. Being a 22-year retired Navy Master Chief and now disabled I will admit I am hard to please and very particular where my money goes and Natural Retreats have earned our trust and we will be calling on them in the future. They have vacation rentals in many different areas that interest us.

The company did a great job of reaching out, giving clear instructions, and having the house prepped. We didn't need anything and the checkout process was seamless!

Absolutely ideal location and truly premium accommodations. We had a wonderful time.
