Great products and service

This company sells skin products which are good not only for people, but also for the environment. They are always friendly and helpful when contacted. I was also glad that my order was delivered by an Post, which uses a lot of electric delivery vehicles.

Excellent prompt delivery .
I particularly like that you use An Post delivery service as I don't have to hang around for other delivery services .
If I'm not home I can always collect from An Post depot .

Easy ordering and payment and always prompt delivery. On the occasion that something is out of stock you’ll get a personal email offering alternatives or awaiting new stock arrival.

Reliably fast arrving inside 3 days when ordered before the weekend, and good price. They processed my order immediately and not 5 days later as so many folks are doing at the moment. And they chose a courier that delivered next day after shipping too so I knew a pretty accurate time frame when I ordered with them. So many shops are taking a week or 10 days to deliver within Ireland now, between slow processing times in-house and unreliable shipping methods.

The product is as described and was delivered the next day.
My only issue was with the courier company. I spoke with the skincare emporium on the phone re my concerns about them. I gave clear instructions te the delivery process and in turn they were passed onto the courier company. The instructions were NOT followed as I had expected as this is historically the case with this particular courier company.
For future orders I would prefer to have the option to use An Post for delivery.
